[6] قُل يٰأَيُّهَا الَّذينَ هادوا إِن زَعَمتُم أَنَّكُم أَولِياءُ لِلَّهِ مِن دونِ النّاسِ فَتَمَنَّوُا المَوتَ إِن كُنتُم صٰدِقينَ
[6] বলুন হে ইহুদীগণ, যদি তোমরা দাবী কর যে, তোমরাই আল্লাহর বন্ধু-অন্য কোন মানব নয়, তবে তোমরা মৃত্যু কামনা কর যদি তোমরা সত্যবাদী হও।
[6] Say (O Muhammad SAW): “O you Jews! If you pretend that you are friends of Allâh, to the exclusion of (all) other mankind, then long for death if you are truthful.”

[7] وَلا يَتَمَنَّونَهُ أَبَدًا بِما قَدَّمَت أَيديهِم ۚ وَاللَّهُ عَليمٌ بِالظّٰلِمينَ
[7] তারা নিজেদের কৃতকর্মের কারণে কখনও মৃত্যু কামনা করবে না। আল্লাহ জালেমদের সম্পর্কে সম্যক অবগত আছেন।
[7] But they will never long for it (death), because of what (deeds) their hands have sent before them! And Allâh knows well the Zâlimûn (polytheists, wrong-doers, disbelievers).

[8] قُل إِنَّ المَوتَ الَّذى تَفِرّونَ مِنهُ فَإِنَّهُ مُلٰقيكُم ۖ ثُمَّ تُرَدّونَ إِلىٰ عٰلِمِ الغَيبِ وَالشَّهٰدَةِ فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِما كُنتُم تَعمَلونَ
[8] বলুন, তোমরা যে মৃত্যু থেকে পলায়নপর, সেই মৃত্যু অবশ্যই তোমাদের মুখামুখি হবে, অতঃপর তোমরা অদৃশ্য, দৃশ্যের জ্ঞানী আল্লাহর কাছে উপস্থিত হবে। তিনি তোমাদেরকে জানিয়ে দিবেন সেসব কর্ম, যা তোমরা করতে।
[8] Say (to them): “Verily, the death from which you flee will surely meet you, then you will be sent back to (Allâh), the All-Knower of the unseen and the seen, and He will tell you what you used to do.”

[9] يٰأَيُّهَا الَّذينَ ءامَنوا إِذا نودِىَ لِلصَّلوٰةِ مِن يَومِ الجُمُعَةِ فَاسعَوا إِلىٰ ذِكرِ اللَّهِ وَذَرُوا البَيعَ ۚ ذٰلِكُم خَيرٌ لَكُم إِن كُنتُم تَعلَمونَ
[9] মুমিনগণ, জুমআর দিনে যখন নামাযের আযান দেয়া হয়, তখন তোমরা আল্লাহর স্মরণের পানে ত্বরা কর এবং বেচাকেনা বন্ধ কর। এটা তোমাদের জন্যে উত্তম যদি তোমরা বুঝ।
[9] O you who believe (Muslims)! When the call is proclaimed for the Salât (prayer) on Friday (Jumu’ah prayer), come to the remembrance of Allâh [Jumu’ah religious talk (Khutbah) and Salât (prayer)] and leave off business (and every other thing), That is better for you if you did but know!

[10] فَإِذا قُضِيَتِ الصَّلوٰةُ فَانتَشِروا فِى الأَرضِ وَابتَغوا مِن فَضلِ اللَّهِ وَاذكُرُوا اللَّهَ كَثيرًا لَعَلَّكُم تُفلِحونَ
[10] অতঃপর নামায সমাপ্ত হলে তোমরা পৃথিবীতে ছড়িয়ে পড় এবং আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহ তালাশ কর ও আল্লাহকে অধিক স্মরণ কর, যাতে তোমরা সফলকাম হও।
[10] Then when the (Jumu’ah) Salât (prayer) is ended, you may disperse through the land, and seek the Bounty of Allâh (by working, etc.), and remember Allâh much, that you may be successful

[11] وَإِذا رَأَوا تِجٰرَةً أَو لَهوًا انفَضّوا إِلَيها وَتَرَكوكَ قائِمًا ۚ قُل ما عِندَ اللَّهِ خَيرٌ مِنَ اللَّهوِ وَمِنَ التِّجٰرَةِ ۚ وَاللَّهُ خَيرُ الرّٰزِقينَ
[11] তারা যখন কোন ব্যবসায়ের সুযোগ অথবা ক্রীড়াকৌতুক দেখে তখন আপনাকে দাঁড়ানো অবস্থায় রেখে তারা সেদিকে ছুটে যায়। বলুনঃ আল্লাহর কাছে যা আছে, তা ক্রীড়াকৌতুক ও ব্যবসায় অপেক্ষা উৎকৃষ্ট। আল্লাহ সর্বোত্তম রিযিকদাতা।
[11] And when they see some merchandise or some amusement [beating of Tambur (drum) etc.] they disperse headlong to it, and leave you (Muhammad SAW) standing [while delivering Jumu’ah’s religious talk (Khutbah)]. Say “That which Allâh has is better than any amusement or merchandise! And Allâh is the Best of providers.”

بِسمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحمٰنِ الرَّحيمِ

শুরু করছি আল্লাহর নামে যিনি পরম করুণাময়, অতি দয়ালু

[1] إِذا جاءَكَ المُنٰفِقونَ قالوا نَشهَدُ إِنَّكَ لَرَسولُ اللَّهِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ يَعلَمُ إِنَّكَ لَرَسولُهُ وَاللَّهُ يَشهَدُ إِنَّ المُنٰفِقينَ لَكٰذِبونَ
[1] মুনাফিকরা আপনার কাছে এসে বলেঃ আমরা সাক্ষ্য দিচ্ছি যে আপনি নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহর রসূল। আল্লাহ জানেন যে, আপনি অবশ্যই আল্লাহর রসূল এবং আল্লাহ সাক্ষ্য দিচ্ছেন যে, মুনাফিকরা অবশ্যই মিথ্যাবাদী।
[1] When the hypocrites come to you (O Muhammad SAW), they say: “We bear witness that you are indeed the Messenger of Allâh.” Allâh knows that you are indeed His Messenger and Allâh bears witness that the hypocrites are liars indeed.

[2] اتَّخَذوا أَيمٰنَهُم جُنَّةً فَصَدّوا عَن سَبيلِ اللَّهِ ۚ إِنَّهُم ساءَ ما كانوا يَعمَلونَ
[2] তারা তাদের শপথসমূহকে ঢালরূপে ব্যবহার করে। অতঃপর তারা আল্লাহর পথে বাধা সৃষ্টি করে। তারা যা করছে, তা খুবই মন্দ।
[2] They have made their oaths a screen (for their hypocrisy). Thus they hinder (men) from the Path of Allâh. Verily, evil is what they used to do.

[3] ذٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُم ءامَنوا ثُمَّ كَفَروا فَطُبِعَ عَلىٰ قُلوبِهِم فَهُم لا يَفقَهونَ
[3] এটা এজন্য যে, তারা বিশ্বাস করার পর পুনরায় কাফের হয়েছে। ফলে তাদের অন্তরে মোহর মেরে দেয়া হয়েছে। অতএব তারা বুঝে না।
[3] That is because they believed, then disbelieved, therefore their hearts are sealed, so they understand not.

[4] ۞ وَإِذا رَأَيتَهُم تُعجِبُكَ أَجسامُهُم ۖ وَإِن يَقولوا تَسمَع لِقَولِهِم ۖ كَأَنَّهُم خُشُبٌ مُسَنَّدَةٌ ۖ يَحسَبونَ كُلَّ صَيحَةٍ عَلَيهِم ۚ هُمُ العَدُوُّ فَاحذَرهُم ۚ قٰتَلَهُمُ اللَّهُ ۖ أَنّىٰ يُؤفَكونَ
[4] আপনি যখন তাদেরকে দেখেন, তখন তাদের দেহাবয়ব আপনার কাছে প্রীতিকর মনে হয়। আর যদি তারা কথা বলে, তবে আপনি তাদের কথা শুনেন। তারা প্রাচীরে ঠেকানো কাঠসদৃশ্য। প্রত্যেক শোরগোলকে তারা নিজেদের বিরুদ্ধে মনে করে। তারাই শত্রু, অতএব তাদের সম্পর্কে সতর্ক হোন। ধ্বংস করুন আল্লাহ তাদেরকে। তারা কোথায় বিভ্রান্ত হচ্ছে ?
[4] And when you look at them, their bodies please you; and when they speak, you listen to their words. They are as blocks of wood propped up. They think that every cry is against them. They are the enemies, so beware of them. May Allâh curse them! How are they denying (or deviating from) the Right Path?

[5] وَإِذا قيلَ لَهُم تَعالَوا يَستَغفِر لَكُم رَسولُ اللَّهِ لَوَّوا رُءوسَهُم وَرَأَيتَهُم يَصُدّونَ وَهُم مُستَكبِرونَ
[5] যখন তাদেরকে বলা হয়ঃ তোমরা এস, আল্লাহর রসূল তোমাদের জন্য ক্ষমাপ্রার্থনা করবেন, তখন তারা মাথা ঘুরিয়ে নেয় এবং আপনি তাদেরকে দেখেন যে, তারা অহংকার করে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নেয়।
[5] And when it is said to them: “Come, so that the Messenger of Allâh may ask forgiveness from Allâh for you”, they twist their heads, and you would see them turning away their faces in pride.

[6] سَواءٌ عَلَيهِم أَستَغفَرتَ لَهُم أَم لَم تَستَغفِر لَهُم لَن يَغفِرَ اللَّهُ لَهُم ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لا يَهدِى القَومَ الفٰسِقينَ
[6] আপনি তাদের জন্যে ক্ষমাপ্রার্থনা করুন অথবা না করুন, উভয়ই সমান। আল্লাহ কখনও তাদেরকে ক্ষমা করবেন না। আল্লাহ পাপাচারী সম্প্রদায়কে পথপ্রদর্শন করেন না।
[6] It is equal to them whether you (Muhammad SAW) ask forgiveness or ask not forgiveness for them. Verily, Allâh guides not the people who are the Fâsiqîn (the rebellious, the disobedient to Allâh)

[7] هُمُ الَّذينَ يَقولونَ لا تُنفِقوا عَلىٰ مَن عِندَ رَسولِ اللَّهِ حَتّىٰ يَنفَضّوا ۗ وَلِلَّهِ خَزائِنُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالأَرضِ وَلٰكِنَّ المُنٰفِقينَ لا يَفقَهونَ
[7] তারাই বলেঃ আল্লাহর রাসূলের সাহচর্যে যারা আছে তাদের জন্যে ব্যয় করো না। পরিণামে তারা আপনা-আপনি সরে যাবে। ভূ ও নভোমন্ডলের ধন-ভান্ডার আল্লাহরই কিন্তু মুনাফিকরা তা বোঝে না।
[7] They are the ones who say: “Spend not on those who are with Allâh’s Messenger, until they desert him.” And to Allâh belong the treasures of the heavens and the earth, but the hypocrites comprehend not.

[8] يَقولونَ لَئِن رَجَعنا إِلَى المَدينَةِ لَيُخرِجَنَّ الأَعَزُّ مِنهَا الأَذَلَّ ۚ وَلِلَّهِ العِزَّةُ وَلِرَسولِهِ وَلِلمُؤمِنينَ وَلٰكِنَّ المُنٰفِقينَ لا يَعلَمونَ
[8] তারাই বলেঃ আমরা যদি মদীনায় প্রত্যাবর্তন করি তবে সেখান থেকে সবল অবশ্যই দুর্বলকে বহিস্কৃত করবে। শক্তি তো আল্লাহ তাঁর রসূল ও মুমিনদেরই কিন্তু মুনাফিকরা তা জানে না।
[8] They (hyprocrites) say: “If we return to Al-Madinah, indeed the more honourable (‘Abdûllah bin Ubai bin Salul, the chief of hyprocrites at Al¬Madinah) will expel therefrom the meaner (i.e. Allâh’s Messenger SAW).” But honour, power and glory belong to Allâh, and to His Messenger (Muhammad SAW), and to the believers, but the hypocrites know not.

[9] يٰأَيُّهَا الَّذينَ ءامَنوا لا تُلهِكُم أَموٰلُكُم وَلا أَولٰدُكُم عَن ذِكرِ اللَّهِ ۚ وَمَن يَفعَل ذٰلِكَ فَأُولٰئِكَ هُمُ الخٰسِرونَ
[9] মুমিনগণ! তোমাদের ধন-সম্পদ ও সন্তান-সন্ততি যেন তোমাদেরকে আল্লাহর স্মরণ থেকে গাফেল না করে। যারা এ কারণে গাফেল হয়, তারাই তো ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত।
[9] O you who believe! Let not your properties or your children divert you from the remembrance of Allâh. And whosoever does that, then they are the losers.

[10] وَأَنفِقوا مِن ما رَزَقنٰكُم مِن قَبلِ أَن يَأتِىَ أَحَدَكُمُ المَوتُ فَيَقولَ رَبِّ لَولا أَخَّرتَنى إِلىٰ أَجَلٍ قَريبٍ فَأَصَّدَّقَ وَأَكُن مِنَ الصّٰلِحينَ
[10] আমি তোমাদেরকে যা দিয়েছি, তা থেকে মৃত্যু আসার আগেই ব্যয় কর। অন্যথায় সে বলবেঃ হে আমার পালনকর্তা, আমাকে আরও কিছুকাল অবকাশ দিলে না কেন? তাহলে আমি সদকা করতাম এবং সৎকর্মীদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হতাম।
[10] And spend (in charity) of that with which We have provided you, before death comes to one of you and he says: “My Lord! If only You would give me respite for a little while (i.e. return to the worldly life), then I should give Sadaqah (i.e. Zakât) of my wealth , and be among the righteous [i.e. perform Hajj (pilgrimage to Makkah)] and other good deeds.

[11] وَلَن يُؤَخِّرَ اللَّهُ نَفسًا إِذا جاءَ أَجَلُها ۚ وَاللَّهُ خَبيرٌ بِما تَعمَلونَ
[11] প্রত্যেক ব্যক্তির নির্ধারিত সময় যখন উপস্থিত হবে, তখন আল্লাহ কাউকে অবকাশ দেবেন না। তোমরা যা কর, আল্লাহ সে বিষয়ে খবর রাখেন।
[11] And Allâh grants respite to none when his appointed time (death) comes. And Allâh is All-Aware of what you do.

بِسمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحمٰنِ الرَّحيمِ

শুরু করছি আল্লাহর নামে যিনি পরম করুণাময়, অতি দয়ালু

[1] يُسَبِّحُ لِلَّهِ ما فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَما فِى الأَرضِ ۖ لَهُ المُلكُ وَلَهُ الحَمدُ ۖ وَهُوَ عَلىٰ كُلِّ شَيءٍ قَديرٌ
[1] নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলে যা কিছু আছে, সবই আল্লাহর পবিত্রতা ঘোষণা করে। রাজত্ব তাঁরই এবং প্রশংসা তাঁরই। তিনি সর্ববিষয়ে সর্বশক্তিমান।
[1] Whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is on the earth glorifies Allâh. His is the dominion, and to Him belong all the praises and thanks, and He is Able to do all things.

[2] هُوَ الَّذى خَلَقَكُم فَمِنكُم كافِرٌ وَمِنكُم مُؤمِنٌ ۚ وَاللَّهُ بِما تَعمَلونَ بَصيرٌ
[2] তিনিই তোমাদেরকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন, অতঃপর তোমাদের মধ্যে কেউ কাফের এবং কেউ মুমিন। তোমরা যা কর, আল্লাহ তা দেখেন।
[2] He it is Who created you, then some of you are disbelievers and some of you are believers. And Allâh is All-Seer of what you do.

[3] خَلَقَ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالأَرضَ بِالحَقِّ وَصَوَّرَكُم فَأَحسَنَ صُوَرَكُم ۖ وَإِلَيهِ المَصيرُ
[3] তিনি নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলকে যথাযথভাবে সৃষ্টি করেছেন এবং তোমাদেরকে আকৃতি দান করেছেন, অতঃপর সুন্দর করেছেন তোমাদের আকৃতি। তাঁরই কাছে প্রত্যাবর্তন।
[3] He has created the heavens and the earth with truth, and He shaped you and made good your shapes, And to Him is the final Return.
