[22] وَلَو قٰتَلَكُمُ الَّذينَ كَفَروا لَوَلَّوُا الأَدبٰرَ ثُمَّ لا يَجِدونَ وَلِيًّا وَلا نَصيرًا
[22] যদি কাফেররা তোমাদের মোকাবেলা করত, তবে অবশ্যই তারা পৃষ্ঠপ্রদর্শন করত। তখন তারা কোন অভিভাবক ও সাহায্যকারী পেত না।
[22] And if those who disbelieve fight against you, they certainly would have turned their backs, then they would have found neither a Walî (protector, guardian) nor a helper.

[23] سُنَّةَ اللَّهِ الَّتى قَد خَلَت مِن قَبلُ ۖ وَلَن تَجِدَ لِسُنَّةِ اللَّهِ تَبديلًا
[23] এটাই আল্লাহর রীতি, যা পূর্ব থেকে চালু আছে। তুমি আল্লাহর রীতিতে কোন পরিবর্তন পাবে না।
[23] That has been the Way of Allâh already with those who passed away before. And you will not find any change in the Way of Allâh.

[24] وَهُوَ الَّذى كَفَّ أَيدِيَهُم عَنكُم وَأَيدِيَكُم عَنهُم بِبَطنِ مَكَّةَ مِن بَعدِ أَن أَظفَرَكُم عَلَيهِم ۚ وَكانَ اللَّهُ بِما تَعمَلونَ بَصيرًا
[24] তিনি মক্কা শহরে তাদের হাত তোমাদের থেকে এবং তোমাদের হাত তাদের থেকে নিবারিত করেছেন তাদের উপর তোমাদেরকে বিজয়ী করার পর। তোমরা যা কিছু কর, আল্লাহ তা দেখেন।
[24] And He it is Who has withheld their hands from you and your hands from them in the midst of Makkah, after He had made you victors over them. And Allâh is Ever the All-Seer of what you do.

[25] هُمُ الَّذينَ كَفَروا وَصَدّوكُم عَنِ المَسجِدِ الحَرامِ وَالهَدىَ مَعكوفًا أَن يَبلُغَ مَحِلَّهُ ۚ وَلَولا رِجالٌ مُؤمِنونَ وَنِساءٌ مُؤمِنٰتٌ لَم تَعلَموهُم أَن تَطَـٔوهُم فَتُصيبَكُم مِنهُم مَعَرَّةٌ بِغَيرِ عِلمٍ ۖ لِيُدخِلَ اللَّهُ فى رَحمَتِهِ مَن يَشاءُ ۚ لَو تَزَيَّلوا لَعَذَّبنَا الَّذينَ كَفَروا مِنهُم عَذابًا أَليمًا
[25] তারাই তো কুফরী করেছে এবং বাধা দিয়েছে তোমাদেরকে মসজিদে হারাম থেকে এবং অবস্থানরত কোরবানীর জন্তুদেরকে যথাস্থানে পৌছতে। যদি মক্কায় কিছুসংখ্যক ঈমানদার পুরুষ ও ঈমানদার নারী না থাকত, যাদেরকে তোমরা জানতে না। অর্থাৎ তাদের পিষ্ট হয়ে যাওয়ার আশংকা না থাকত, অতঃপর তাদের কারণে তোমরা অজ্ঞাতসারে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হতে, তবে সব কিছু চুকিয়ে দেয়া হত; কিন্তু এ কারণে চুকানো হয়নি, যাতে আল্লাহ তা’আলা যাকে ইচ্ছা স্বীয় রহমতে দাখিল করে নেন। যদি তারা সরে যেত, তবে আমি অবশ্যই তাদের মধ্যে যারা কাফের তাদেরকে যন্ত্রনাদায়ক শস্তি দিতাম।
[25] They are the ones who disbelieved (in the Oneness of Allâh — Islâmic Monotheism), and hindered you from Al¬Masjid¬al¬Harâm (at Makkah) and detained the sacrificial animals, from reaching their place of sacrifice. Had there not been believing men and believing women whom you did not know, that you may kill them, and on whose account a sin would have been committed by you without (your) knowledge, that Allâh might bring into His Mercy whom He wills, if they (the believers and the disbelievers) had been apart, We verily would have punished those of them who disbelieved, with painful torment.

[26] إِذ جَعَلَ الَّذينَ كَفَروا فى قُلوبِهِمُ الحَمِيَّةَ حَمِيَّةَ الجٰهِلِيَّةِ فَأَنزَلَ اللَّهُ سَكينَتَهُ عَلىٰ رَسولِهِ وَعَلَى المُؤمِنينَ وَأَلزَمَهُم كَلِمَةَ التَّقوىٰ وَكانوا أَحَقَّ بِها وَأَهلَها ۚ وَكانَ اللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيءٍ عَليمًا
[26] কেননা, কাফেররা তাদের অন্তরে মূর্খতাযুগের জেদ পোষণ করত। অতঃপর আল্লাহ তাঁর রসূল ও মুমিনদের উপর স্বীয় প্রশান্তি নাযিল করলেন এবং তাদের জন্যে সংযমের দায়িত্ব অপরিহার্য করে দিলেন। বস্তুতঃ তারাই ছিল এর অধিকতর যোগ্য ও উপযুক্ত। আল্লাহ সর্ববিষয়ে সম্যক জ্ঞাত।
[26] When those who disbelieve had put in their hearts pride and haughtiness — the pride and haughtiness of the time of ignorance — then Allâh sent down His Sakinah (calmness and tranquillity) upon His Messenger ( SAW) and upon the believers, and made them stick to the word of piety (i.e. none has the right to be worshipped but Allâh), and they were well entitled to it and worthy of it. And Allâh is the All-Knower of everything

[27] لَقَد صَدَقَ اللَّهُ رَسولَهُ الرُّءيا بِالحَقِّ ۖ لَتَدخُلُنَّ المَسجِدَ الحَرامَ إِن شاءَ اللَّهُ ءامِنينَ مُحَلِّقينَ رُءوسَكُم وَمُقَصِّرينَ لا تَخافونَ ۖ فَعَلِمَ ما لَم تَعلَموا فَجَعَلَ مِن دونِ ذٰلِكَ فَتحًا قَريبًا
[27] আল্লাহ তাঁর রসূলকে সত্য স্বপ্ন দেখিয়েছেন। আল্লাহ চাহেন তো তোমরা অবশ্যই মসজিদে হারামে প্রবেশ করবে নিরাপদে মস্তকমুন্ডিত অবস্থায় এবং কেশ কর্তিত অবস্থায়। তোমরা কাউকে ভয় করবে না। অতঃপর তিনি জানেন যা তোমরা জান না। এছাড়াও তিনি দিয়েছেন তোমাদেরকে একটি আসন্ন বিজয়।
[27] Indeed Allâh shall fulfil the true vision which He showed to His Messenger (SAW) [i.e. the Prophet SAW saw a dream that he has entered Makkah along with his companions, having their (head) hair shaved and cut short] in very truth. Certainly, you shall enter Al¬Masjid¬al¬Harâm; if Allâh wills, secure, (some) having your heads shaved, and (some) having your head hair cut short, having no fear. He knew what you knew not, and He granted besides that a near victory.

[28] هُوَ الَّذى أَرسَلَ رَسولَهُ بِالهُدىٰ وَدينِ الحَقِّ لِيُظهِرَهُ عَلَى الدّينِ كُلِّهِ ۚ وَكَفىٰ بِاللَّهِ شَهيدًا
[28] তিনিই তাঁর রসূলকে হেদায়েত ও সত্য ধর্মসহ প্রেরণ করেছেন, যাতে একে অন্য সমস্ত ধর্মের উপর জয়যুক্ত করেন। সত্য প্রতিষ্ঠাতারূপে আল্লাহ যথেষ্ট।
[28] He it is Who has sent His Messenger (Muhammad SAW) with guidance and the religion of truth (Islâm), that He may make it (Islâm) superior over all religions. And All-Sufficient is Allâh as a Witness.

[29] مُحَمَّدٌ رَسولُ اللَّهِ ۚ وَالَّذينَ مَعَهُ أَشِدّاءُ عَلَى الكُفّارِ رُحَماءُ بَينَهُم ۖ تَرىٰهُم رُكَّعًا سُجَّدًا يَبتَغونَ فَضلًا مِنَ اللَّهِ وَرِضوٰنًا ۖ سيماهُم فى وُجوهِهِم مِن أَثَرِ السُّجودِ ۚ ذٰلِكَ مَثَلُهُم فِى التَّورىٰةِ ۚ وَمَثَلُهُم فِى الإِنجيلِ كَزَرعٍ أَخرَجَ شَطـَٔهُ فَـٔازَرَهُ فَاستَغلَظَ فَاستَوىٰ عَلىٰ سوقِهِ يُعجِبُ الزُّرّاعَ لِيَغيظَ بِهِمُ الكُفّارَ ۗ وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذينَ ءامَنوا وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ مِنهُم مَغفِرَةً وَأَجرًا عَظيمًا
[29] মুহাম্মদ আল্লাহর রসূল এবং তাঁর সহচরগণ কাফেরদের প্রতি কঠোর, নিজেদের মধ্যে পরস্পর সহানুভূতিশীল। আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহ ও সন্তুষ্টি কামনায় আপনি তাদেরকে রুকু ও সেজদারত দেখবেন। তাদের মুখমন্ডলে রয়েছে সেজদার চিহ্ন । তওরাতে তাদের অবস্থা এরূপ এবং ইঞ্জিলে তাদের অবস্থা যেমন একটি চারা গাছ যা থেকে নির্গত হয় কিশলয়, অতঃপর তা শক্ত ও মজবুত হয় এবং কান্ডের উপর দাঁড়ায় দৃঢ়ভাবে-চাষীকে আনন্দে অভিভুত করে-যাতে আল্লাহ তাদের দ্বারা কাফেরদের অন্তর্জালা সৃষ্টি করেন। তাদের মধ্যে যারা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে এবং সৎকর্ম করে, আল্লাহ তাদেরকে ক্ষমা ও মহাপুরস্কারের ওয়াদা দিয়েছেন।
[29] Muhammad (SAW) is the Messenger of Allâh, And those who are with him are severe against disbelievers, and merciful among themselves. You see them bowing and falling down prostrate (in prayer), seeking Bounty from Allâh and (His) Good Pleasure. The mark of them (i.e. of their Faith) is on their faces (foreheads) from the traces of prostration (during prayers). This is their description in the Taurât (Torah). But their description in the Injeel (Gospel) is like a (sown) seed which sends forth its shoot, then makes it strong, and becomes thick, and it stands straight on its stem, delighting the sowers that He may enrage the disbelievers with them. Allâh has promised those among them who believe (i.e. all those who follow Islâmic Monotheism, the religion of Prophet Muhammad SAW till the Day of Resurrection) and do righteous good deeds, forgiveness and a mighty reward (i.e. Paradise).

بِسمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحمٰنِ الرَّحيمِ

শুরু করছি আল্লাহর নামে যিনি পরম করুণাময়, অতি দয়ালু

[1] يٰأَيُّهَا الَّذينَ ءامَنوا لا تُقَدِّموا بَينَ يَدَىِ اللَّهِ وَرَسولِهِ ۖ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَميعٌ عَليمٌ
[1] মুমিনগণ! তোমরা আল্লাহ ও রসূলের সামনে অগ্রণী হয়ো না এবং আল্লাহকে ভয় কর। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সবকিছু শুনেন ও জানেন।
[1] O you who believe! Make not (a decision) in advance before Allâh and His Messenger (SAW), and fear Allâh. Verily! Allâh is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.

[2] يٰأَيُّهَا الَّذينَ ءامَنوا لا تَرفَعوا أَصوٰتَكُم فَوقَ صَوتِ النَّبِىِّ وَلا تَجهَروا لَهُ بِالقَولِ كَجَهرِ بَعضِكُم لِبَعضٍ أَن تَحبَطَ أَعمٰلُكُم وَأَنتُم لا تَشعُرونَ
[2] মুমিনগণ! তোমরা নবীর কন্ঠস্বরের উপর তোমাদের কন্ঠস্বর উঁচু করো না এবং তোমরা একে অপরের সাথে যেরূপ উঁচুস্বরে কথা বল, তাঁর সাথে সেরূপ উঁচুস্বরে কথা বলো না। এতে তোমাদের কর্ম নিস্ফল হয়ে যাবে এবং তোমরা টেরও পাবে না।
[2] O you who believe! Raise not your voices above the voice of the Prophet (SAW), nor speak aloud to him in talk as you speak aloud to one another, lest your deeds may be rendered fruitless while you perceive not.

[3] إِنَّ الَّذينَ يَغُضّونَ أَصوٰتَهُم عِندَ رَسولِ اللَّهِ أُولٰئِكَ الَّذينَ امتَحَنَ اللَّهُ قُلوبَهُم لِلتَّقوىٰ ۚ لَهُم مَغفِرَةٌ وَأَجرٌ عَظيمٌ
[3] যারা আল্লাহর রসূলের সামনে নিজেদের কন্ঠস্বর নীচু করে, আল্লাহ তাদের অন্তরকে শিষ্টাচারের জন্যে শোধিত করেছেন। তাদের জন্যে রয়েছে ক্ষমা ও মহাপুরস্কার।
[3] Verily, those who lower their voices in the presence of Allâh’s Messenger (SAW), they are the ones whose hearts Allâh has tested for piety. For them is forgiveness and a great reward.

[4] إِنَّ الَّذينَ يُنادونَكَ مِن وَراءِ الحُجُرٰتِ أَكثَرُهُم لا يَعقِلونَ
[4] যারা প্রাচীরের আড়াল থেকে আপনাকে উচুস্বরে ডাকে, তাদের অধিকাংশই অবুঝ।
[4] Verily, those who call you from behind the dwellings, most of them have no sense.

[5] وَلَو أَنَّهُم صَبَروا حَتّىٰ تَخرُجَ إِلَيهِم لَكانَ خَيرًا لَهُم ۚ وَاللَّهُ غَفورٌ رَحيمٌ
[5] যদি তারা আপনার বের হয়ে তাদের কাছে আসা পর্যন্ত সবর করত, তবে তা-ই তাদের জন্যে মঙ্গলজনক হত। আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল, পরম দয়ালু।
[5] And if they had patience till you could come out to them, it would have been better for them. And Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

[6] يٰأَيُّهَا الَّذينَ ءامَنوا إِن جاءَكُم فاسِقٌ بِنَبَإٍ فَتَبَيَّنوا أَن تُصيبوا قَومًا بِجَهٰلَةٍ فَتُصبِحوا عَلىٰ ما فَعَلتُم نٰدِمينَ
[6] মুমিনগণ! যদি কোন পাপাচারী ব্যক্তি তোমাদের কাছে কোন সংবাদ আনয়ন করে, তবে তোমরা পরীক্ষা করে দেখবে, যাতে অজ্ঞতাবশতঃ তোমরা কোন সম্প্রদায়ের ক্ষতিসাধনে প্রবৃত্ত না হও এবং পরে নিজেদের কৃতকর্মের জন্যে অনুতপ্ত না হও।
[6] O you who believe! If a Fasiq (liar — evil person) comes to you with any news, verify it, lest you should harm people in ignorance, and afterwards you become regretful for what you have done.

[7] وَاعلَموا أَنَّ فيكُم رَسولَ اللَّهِ ۚ لَو يُطيعُكُم فى كَثيرٍ مِنَ الأَمرِ لَعَنِتُّم وَلٰكِنَّ اللَّهَ حَبَّبَ إِلَيكُمُ الإيمٰنَ وَزَيَّنَهُ فى قُلوبِكُم وَكَرَّهَ إِلَيكُمُ الكُفرَ وَالفُسوقَ وَالعِصيانَ ۚ أُولٰئِكَ هُمُ الرّٰشِدونَ
[7] তোমরা জেনে রাখ তোমাদের মধ্যে আল্লাহর রসূল রয়েছেন। তিনি যদি অনেক বিষয়ে তোমাদের আবদার মেনে নেন, তবে তোমরাই কষ্ট পাবে। কিন্তু আল্লাহ তোমাদের অন্তরে ঈমানের মহব্বত সৃষ্টি করে দিয়েছেন এবং তা হৃদয়গ্রাহী করে দিয়েছেন। পক্ষান্তরে কুফর, পাপাচার ও নাফরমানীর প্রতি ঘৃণা সৃষ্টি করে দিয়েছেন। তারাই সৎপথ অবলম্বনকারী।
[7] And know that, among you there is the Messenger of Allâh (SAW). If he were to obey you (i.e. follow your opinions and desires) in much of the matter, you would surely be in trouble, But Allâh has endeared the Faith to you and has beautified it in your hearts, and has made disbelief, wickedness and disobedience (to Allâh and His Messenger SAW) hateful to you. Such are they who are the rightly guided,

[8] فَضلًا مِنَ اللَّهِ وَنِعمَةً ۚ وَاللَّهُ عَليمٌ حَكيمٌ
[8] এটা আল্লাহর কৃপা ও নিয়ামতঃ আল্লাহ সর্বজ্ঞ প্রজ্ঞাময়।
[8] (This is) a Grace from Allâh and His Favour. And Allâh is All-Knowing, All-Wise.

[9] وَإِن طائِفَتانِ مِنَ المُؤمِنينَ اقتَتَلوا فَأَصلِحوا بَينَهُما ۖ فَإِن بَغَت إِحدىٰهُما عَلَى الأُخرىٰ فَقٰتِلُوا الَّتى تَبغى حَتّىٰ تَفيءَ إِلىٰ أَمرِ اللَّهِ ۚ فَإِن فاءَت فَأَصلِحوا بَينَهُما بِالعَدلِ وَأَقسِطوا ۖ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ المُقسِطينَ
[9] যদি মুমিনদের দুই দল যুদ্ধে লিপ্ত হয়ে পড়ে, তবে তোমরা তাদের মধ্যে মীমাংসা করে দিবে। অতঃপর যদি তাদের একদল অপর দলের উপর চড়াও হয়, তবে তোমরা আক্রমণকারী দলের বিরুদ্ধে যুদ্ধ করবে; যে পর্যন্ত না তারা আল্লাহর নির্দেশের দিকে ফিরে আসে। যদি ফিরে আসে, তবে তোমরা তাদের মধ্যে ন্যায়ানুগ পন্থায় মীমাংসা করে দিবে এবং ইনছাফ করবে। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ ইনছাফকারীদেরকে পছন্দ করেন।
[9] And if two parties or groups among the believers fall to fighting, then make peace between them both, But if one of them outrages against the other, then fight you (all) against the one that which outrages till it complies with the Command of Allâh; then if it complies, then make reconciliation between them justly, and be equitable. Verily! Allâh loves those who are equitable.

[10] إِنَّمَا المُؤمِنونَ إِخوَةٌ فَأَصلِحوا بَينَ أَخَوَيكُم ۚ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ لَعَلَّكُم تُرحَمونَ
[10] মুমিনরা তো পরস্পর ভাই-ভাই। অতএব, তোমরা তোমাদের দুই ভাইয়ের মধ্যে মীমাংসা করবে এবং আল্লাহকে ভয় করবে-যাতে তোমরা অনুগ্রহপ্রাপ্ত হও।
[10] The believers are nothing else than brothers (in Islâmic religion). So make reconciliation between your brothers, and fear Allâh, that you may receive mercy.

[11] يٰأَيُّهَا الَّذينَ ءامَنوا لا يَسخَر قَومٌ مِن قَومٍ عَسىٰ أَن يَكونوا خَيرًا مِنهُم وَلا نِساءٌ مِن نِساءٍ عَسىٰ أَن يَكُنَّ خَيرًا مِنهُنَّ ۖ وَلا تَلمِزوا أَنفُسَكُم وَلا تَنابَزوا بِالأَلقٰبِ ۖ بِئسَ الِاسمُ الفُسوقُ بَعدَ الإيمٰنِ ۚ وَمَن لَم يَتُب فَأُولٰئِكَ هُمُ الظّٰلِمونَ
[11] মুমিনগণ, কেউ যেন অপর কাউকে উপহাস না করে। কেননা, সে উপহাসকারী অপেক্ষা উত্তম হতে পারে এবং কোন নারী অপর নারীকেও যেন উপহাস না করে। কেননা, সে উপহাসকারিণী অপেক্ষা শ্রেষ্ঠ হতে পারে। তোমরা একে অপরের প্রতি দোষারোপ করো না এবং একে অপরকে মন্দ নামে ডেকো না। কেউ বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করলে তাদের মন্দ নামে ডাকা গোনাহ। যারা এহেন কাজ থেকে তওবা না করে তারাই যালেম।
[11] O you who believe! Let not a group scoff at another group, it may be that the latter are better than the former; Nor let (some) women scoff at other women, it may be that the latter are better than the former, Nor defame one another, nor insult one another by nicknames. How bad is it, to insult one’s brother after having Faith [i.e. to call your Muslim brother (a faithful believer) as: “O sinner”, or “O wicked”]. And whosoever does not repent, then such are indeed Zâlimûn (wrong-doers).

[12] يٰأَيُّهَا الَّذينَ ءامَنُوا اجتَنِبوا كَثيرًا مِنَ الظَّنِّ إِنَّ بَعضَ الظَّنِّ إِثمٌ ۖ وَلا تَجَسَّسوا وَلا يَغتَب بَعضُكُم بَعضًا ۚ أَيُحِبُّ أَحَدُكُم أَن يَأكُلَ لَحمَ أَخيهِ مَيتًا فَكَرِهتُموهُ ۚ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَوّابٌ رَحيمٌ
[12] মুমিনগণ, তোমরা অনেক ধারণা থেকে বেঁচে থাক। নিশ্চয় কতক ধারণা গোনাহ। এবং গোপনীয় বিষয় সন্ধান করো না। তোমাদের কেউ যেন কারও পশ্চাতে নিন্দা না করে। তোমাদের কেউ কি তারা মৃত ভ্রাতার মাংস ভক্ষণ করা পছন্দ করবে? বস্তুতঃ তোমরা তো একে ঘৃণাই কর। আল্লাহকে ভয় কর। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ তওবা কবুলকারী, পরম দয়ালু।
[12] O you who believe! Avoid much suspicion, indeed some suspicions are sins. And spy not, neither backbite one another. Would one of you like to eat the flesh of his dead brother? You would hate it (so hate backbiting) . And fear Allâh. Verily, Allâh is the One Who forgives and accepts repentance, Most Merciful.
