[61] وَأَنِ اعبُدونى ۚ هٰذا صِرٰطٌ مُستَقيمٌ
[61] এবং আমার এবাদত কর। এটাই সরল পথ।
[61] And that you should worship Me [Alone — Islâmic Monotheism, and set up not rivals, associate-gods with Me]. That is the Straight Path.

[62] وَلَقَد أَضَلَّ مِنكُم جِبِلًّا كَثيرًا ۖ أَفَلَم تَكونوا تَعقِلونَ
[62] শয়তান তোমাদের অনেক দলকে পথভ্রষ্ট করেছে। তবুও কি তোমরা বুঝনি?
[62] And indeed he (Satan) did lead astray a great multitude of you. Did you not, then, understand?

[63] هٰذِهِ جَهَنَّمُ الَّتى كُنتُم توعَدونَ
[63] এই সে জাহান্নাম, যার ওয়াদা তোমাদেরকে দেয়া হতো।
[63] This is Hell which you were promised!

[64] اصلَوهَا اليَومَ بِما كُنتُم تَكفُرونَ
[64] তোমাদের কুফরের কারণে আজ এতে প্রবেশ কর।
[64] Burn therein this Day, for that you used to disbelieve.

[65] اليَومَ نَختِمُ عَلىٰ أَفوٰهِهِم وَتُكَلِّمُنا أَيديهِم وَتَشهَدُ أَرجُلُهُم بِما كانوا يَكسِبونَ
[65] আজ আমি তাদের মুখে মোহর এঁটে দেব তাদের হাত আমার সাথে কথা বলবে এবং তাদের পা তাদের কৃতকর্মের সাক্ষ্য দেবে।
[65] This Day, We shall seal up their mouths, and their hands will speak to Us, and their legs will bear witness to what they used to earn. (It is said that one’s left thigh will be the first to bear the witness). [Tafsir At-Tabarî]

[66] وَلَو نَشاءُ لَطَمَسنا عَلىٰ أَعيُنِهِم فَاستَبَقُوا الصِّرٰطَ فَأَنّىٰ يُبصِرونَ
[66] আমি ইচ্ছা করলে তাদের দৃষ্টি শক্তি বিলুপ্ত করে দিতে পারতাম, তখন তারা পথের দিকে দৌড়াতে চাইলে কেমন করে দেখতে পেত!
[66] And if it had been Our Will, We would surely have wiped out (blinded) their eyes, so that they would struggle for the Path, how then would they see?

[67] وَلَو نَشاءُ لَمَسَخنٰهُم عَلىٰ مَكانَتِهِم فَمَا استَطٰعوا مُضِيًّا وَلا يَرجِعونَ
[67] আমি ইচ্ছা করলে তাদেরকে স্ব স্ব স্থানে আকার বিকৃত করতে পারতাম, ফলে তারা আগেও চলতে পারত না এবং পেছনেও ফিরে যেতে পারত না।
[67] And if it had been Our Will, We could have transformed them (into animals or lifeless objects) in their places. Then they would have been unable to go forward (move about) nor they could have turned back.

[68] وَمَن نُعَمِّرهُ نُنَكِّسهُ فِى الخَلقِ ۖ أَفَلا يَعقِلونَ
[68] আমি যাকে দীর্ঘ জীবন দান করি, তাকে সৃষ্টিগত পূর্বাবস্থায় ফিরিয়ে নেই। তবুও কি তারা বুঝে না?
[68] And he whom We grant long life,— We reverse him in creation (weakness after strength). Will they not then understand?

[69] وَما عَلَّمنٰهُ الشِّعرَ وَما يَنبَغى لَهُ ۚ إِن هُوَ إِلّا ذِكرٌ وَقُرءانٌ مُبينٌ
[69] আমি রসূলকে কবিতা শিক্ষা দেইনি এবং তা তার জন্যে শোভনীয়ও নয়। এটা তো এক উপদেশ ও প্রকাশ্য কোরআন।
[69] And We have not taught him (Muhammad SAW) poetry, nor is it suitable for him. This is only a Reminder and a plain Qur’ân.

[70] لِيُنذِرَ مَن كانَ حَيًّا وَيَحِقَّ القَولُ عَلَى الكٰفِرينَ
[70] যাতে তিনি সতর্ক করেন জীবিতকে এবং যাতে কাফেরদের বিরুদ্ধে অভিযোগ প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়।
[70] That he or it (Muhammad SAW or the Qur’ân) may give warning to him who is living (a healthy minded the believer), and that Word (charge) may be justified against the disbelievers (dead, as they reject the warnings).

[71] أَوَلَم يَرَوا أَنّا خَلَقنا لَهُم مِمّا عَمِلَت أَيدينا أَنعٰمًا فَهُم لَها مٰلِكونَ
[71] তারা কি দেখে না, তাদের জন্যে আমি আমার নিজ হাতের তৈরী বস্তুর দ্বারা চতুস্পদ জন্তু সৃষ্টি করেছি, অতঃপর তারাই এগুলোর মালিক।
[71] Do they not see that We have created for them of what Our Hands have created, the cattle, so that they are their owners.

[72] وَذَلَّلنٰها لَهُم فَمِنها رَكوبُهُم وَمِنها يَأكُلونَ
[72] আমি এগুলোকে তাদের হাতে অসহায় করে দিয়েছি। ফলে এদের কতক তাদের বাহন এবং কতক তারা ভক্ষণ করে।
[72] And We have subdued them unto them so that some of them they have for riding and some they eat.

[73] وَلَهُم فيها مَنٰفِعُ وَمَشارِبُ ۖ أَفَلا يَشكُرونَ
[73] তাদের জন্যে চতুস্পদ জন্তুর মধ্যে অনেক উপকারিতা ও পানীয় রয়েছে। তবুও কেন তারা শুকরিয়া আদায় করে না?
[73] And they have (other) benefits from them, and they get (milk) to drink, will they not then be grateful?

[74] وَاتَّخَذوا مِن دونِ اللَّهِ ءالِهَةً لَعَلَّهُم يُنصَرونَ
[74] তারা আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে অনেক উপাস্য গ্রহণ করেছে যাতে তারা সাহায্যপ্রাপ্ত হতে পারে।
[74] And they have taken besides Allâh âlihah (gods), hoping that they might be helped (by those so— called gods).

[75] لا يَستَطيعونَ نَصرَهُم وَهُم لَهُم جُندٌ مُحضَرونَ
[75] অথচ এসব উপাস্য তাদেরকে সাহায্য করতে সক্ষম হবে না এবং এগুলো তাদের বাহিনী রূপে ধৃত হয়ে আসবে।
[75] They cannot help them, but they will be brought forward as a troop against those who worshipped them (at the time of Reckoning).

[76] فَلا يَحزُنكَ قَولُهُم ۘ إِنّا نَعلَمُ ما يُسِرّونَ وَما يُعلِنونَ
[76] অতএব তাদের কথা যেন আপনাকে দুঃখিত না করে। আমি জানি যা তারা গোপনে করে এবং যা তারা প্রকাশ্যে করে।
[76] So let not their speech, then, grieve you (O Muhammad SAW). Verily, We know what they conceal and what they reveal.

[77] أَوَلَم يَرَ الإِنسٰنُ أَنّا خَلَقنٰهُ مِن نُطفَةٍ فَإِذا هُوَ خَصيمٌ مُبينٌ
[77] মানুষ কি দেখে না যে, আমি তাকে সৃষ্টি করেছি বীর্য থেকে? অতঃপর তখনই সে হয়ে গেল প্রকাশ্য বাকবিতন্ডাকারী।
[77] Does not man see that We have created him from Nutfah (mixed male and female discharge — semen drops). Yet behold! he (stands forth) as an open opponent.

[78] وَضَرَبَ لَنا مَثَلًا وَنَسِىَ خَلقَهُ ۖ قالَ مَن يُحىِ العِظٰمَ وَهِىَ رَميمٌ
[78] সে আমার সম্পর্কে এক অদ্ভূত কথা বর্ণনা করে, অথচ সে নিজের সৃষ্টি ভুলে যায়। সে বলে কে জীবিত করবে অস্থিসমূহকে যখন সেগুলো পচে গলে যাবে?
[78] And he puts forth for Us a parable, and forgets his own creation. He says: “Who will give life to these bones after they are rotten and have become dust?”

[79] قُل يُحييهَا الَّذى أَنشَأَها أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ ۖ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ خَلقٍ عَليمٌ
[79] বলুন, যিনি প্রথমবার সেগুলোকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন, তিনিই জীবিত করবেন। তিনি সর্বপ্রকার সৃষ্টি সম্পর্কে সম্যক অবগত।
[79] Say: (O Muhammad SAW) “He will give life to them Who created them for the first time! And He is the All-Knower of every creation!”

[80] الَّذى جَعَلَ لَكُم مِنَ الشَّجَرِ الأَخضَرِ نارًا فَإِذا أَنتُم مِنهُ توقِدونَ
[80] যিনি তোমাদের জন্যে সবুজ বৃক্ষ থেকে আগুন উৎপন্ন করেন। তখন তোমরা তা থেকে আগুন জ্বালাও।
[80] He, Who produces for you fire out of the green tree, when behold! You kindle therewith.
