[28] يٰأَيُّهَا الَّذينَ ءامَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَءامِنوا بِرَسولِهِ يُؤتِكُم كِفلَينِ مِن رَحمَتِهِ وَيَجعَل لَكُم نورًا تَمشونَ بِهِ وَيَغفِر لَكُم ۚ وَاللَّهُ غَفورٌ رَحيمٌ
[28] মুমিনগণ, তোমরা আল্লাহকে ভয় কর এবং তাঁর রসূলের প্রতি বিশ্বাস স্থাপন কর। তিনি নিজে অনুগ্রহের দ্বিগুণ অংশ তোমাদেরকে দিবেন, তোমাদেরকে দিবেন জ্যোতি, যার সাহায্যে তোমরা চলবে এবং তোমাদেরকে ক্ষমা করবেন। আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল, দয়াময়।
[28] O you who believe [in Mûsa (Moses) (i.e. Jews) and ‘Īsā (Jesus) (i.e. Christians)]! Fear Allâh, and believe in His Messenger (Muhammad SAW), He will give you a double portion of His Mercy, and He will give you a light by which you shall walk (straight), and He will forgive you. And Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

[29] لِئَلّا يَعلَمَ أَهلُ الكِتٰبِ أَلّا يَقدِرونَ عَلىٰ شَيءٍ مِن فَضلِ اللَّهِ ۙ وَأَنَّ الفَضلَ بِيَدِ اللَّهِ يُؤتيهِ مَن يَشاءُ ۚ وَاللَّهُ ذُو الفَضلِ العَظيمِ
[29] যাতে কিতাবধারীরা জানে যে, আল্লাহর সামান্য অনুগ্রহের উপর ও তাদের কোন ক্ষমতা নেই, দয়া আল্লাহরই হাতে; তিনি যাকে ইচ্ছা, তা দান করেন। আল্লাহ মহা অনুগ্রহশীল।
[29] So that the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) may know that they have no power whatsoever over the Grace of Allâh, and that (His) Grace is (entirely) in His Hand to bestow it on whomsoever He wills. And Allâh is the Owner of Great Bounty.

بِسمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحمٰنِ الرَّحيمِ

শুরু করছি আল্লাহর নামে যিনি পরম করুণাময়, অতি দয়ালু

[1] قَد سَمِعَ اللَّهُ قَولَ الَّتى تُجٰدِلُكَ فى زَوجِها وَتَشتَكى إِلَى اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ يَسمَعُ تَحاوُرَكُما ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَميعٌ بَصيرٌ
[1] যে নারী তার স্বামীর বিষয়ে আপনার সাথে বাদানুবাদ করছে এবং অভিযোগ পেশ করছে আল্লাহর দরবারে, আল্লাহ তার কথা শুনেছেন। আল্লাহ আপনাদের উভয়ের কথাবার্তা শুনেন। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সবকিছু শুনেন, সবকিছু দেখেন।
[1] Indeed Allâh has heard the statement of her (Khaulah bint Tha’labah) that disputes with you (O Muhammad SAW) concerning her husband (Aus bin As¬Sâmit), and complains to Allâh. And Allâh hears the argument between you both. Verily, Allâh is All-Hearer, All-Seer.

[2] الَّذينَ يُظٰهِرونَ مِنكُم مِن نِسائِهِم ما هُنَّ أُمَّهٰتِهِم ۖ إِن أُمَّهٰتُهُم إِلَّا الّٰـٔى وَلَدنَهُم ۚ وَإِنَّهُم لَيَقولونَ مُنكَرًا مِنَ القَولِ وَزورًا ۚ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَعَفُوٌّ غَفورٌ
[2] তোমাদের মধ্যে যারা তাদের স্ত্রীগণকে মাতা বলে ফেলে, তাদের স্ত্রীগণ তাদের মাতা নয়। তাদের মাতা কেবল তারাই, যারা তাদেরকে জন্মদান করেছে। তারা তো অসমীচীন ও ভিত্তিহীন কথাই বলে। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ মার্জনাকারী, ক্ষমাশীল।
[2] Those among you who make their wives unlawful to them by (Zihâr) (i.e. by saying to them “You are like my mother’s back.”) they cannot be their mothers. None can be their mothers except those who gave them birth. And verily, they utter an ill word and a lie. And verily, Allâh is Oft-Pardoning, Oft-Forgiving.

[3] وَالَّذينَ يُظٰهِرونَ مِن نِسائِهِم ثُمَّ يَعودونَ لِما قالوا فَتَحريرُ رَقَبَةٍ مِن قَبلِ أَن يَتَماسّا ۚ ذٰلِكُم توعَظونَ بِهِ ۚ وَاللَّهُ بِما تَعمَلونَ خَبيرٌ
[3] যারা তাদের স্ত্রীগণকে মাতা বলে ফেলে, অতঃপর নিজেদের উক্তি প্রত্যাহার করে, তাদের কাফফারা এই একে অপরকে স্পর্শ করার পূর্বে একটি দাসকে মুক্তি দিবে। এটা তোমাদের জন্যে উপদেশ হবে। আল্লাহ খবর রাখেন তোমরা যা কর।
[3] And those who make unlawful to them their wives by Zihâr and wish to free themselves from what they uttered, (the penalty) in that case is the freeing of a slave before they touch each other. That is an admonition to you (so that you may not repeat such an ill thing). And Allâh is All-Aware of what you do.

[4] فَمَن لَم يَجِد فَصِيامُ شَهرَينِ مُتَتابِعَينِ مِن قَبلِ أَن يَتَماسّا ۖ فَمَن لَم يَستَطِع فَإِطعامُ سِتّينَ مِسكينًا ۚ ذٰلِكَ لِتُؤمِنوا بِاللَّهِ وَرَسولِهِ ۚ وَتِلكَ حُدودُ اللَّهِ ۗ وَلِلكٰفِرينَ عَذابٌ أَليمٌ
[4] যার এ সামর্থ্য নেই, সে একে অপরকে স্পর্শ করার পূর্বে একাদিক্রমে দুই মাস রোযা রাখবে। যে এতেও অক্ষম হয় সে ষাট জন মিসকীনকে আহার করাবে। এটা এজন্যে, যাতে তোমরা আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূলের প্রতি বিশ্বাস স্থাপন কর। এগুলো আল্লাহর নির্ধারিত শাস্তি। আর কাফেরদের জন্যে রয়েছে যন্ত্রণা দায়ক আযাব।
[4] And he who finds not (the money for freeing a slave) must fast two successive months before they both touch each other. And he who is unable to do so, should feed sixty Miskîns (poor). That is in order that you may have perfect Faith in Allâh and His Messenger. These are the limits set by Allâh. And for disbelievers, there is a painful torment.

[5] إِنَّ الَّذينَ يُحادّونَ اللَّهَ وَرَسولَهُ كُبِتوا كَما كُبِتَ الَّذينَ مِن قَبلِهِم ۚ وَقَد أَنزَلنا ءايٰتٍ بَيِّنٰتٍ ۚ وَلِلكٰفِرينَ عَذابٌ مُهينٌ
[5] যারা আল্লাহর তাঁর রসূলের বিরুদ্ধাচরণ করে, তারা অপদস্থ হয়েছে, যেমন অপদস্থ হয়েছে তাদের পূর্ববর্তীরা। আমি সুস্পষ্ট আয়াতসমূহ নাযিল করেছি। আর কাফেরদের জন্যে রয়েছে অপমানজনক শাস্তি।
[5] Verily, those who oppose Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad SAW) will be disgraced, as those before them (among the past nation), were disgraced. And We have sent down clear Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.). And for the disbelievers is a disgracing torment.

[6] يَومَ يَبعَثُهُمُ اللَّهُ جَميعًا فَيُنَبِّئُهُم بِما عَمِلوا ۚ أَحصىٰهُ اللَّهُ وَنَسوهُ ۚ وَاللَّهُ عَلىٰ كُلِّ شَيءٍ شَهيدٌ
[6] সেদিন স্মরণীয়; যেদিন আল্লাহ তাদের সকলকে পুনরুত্থিত করবেন, অতঃপর তাদেরকে জানিয়ে দিবেন যা তারা করত। আল্লাহ তার হিসাব রেখেছেন, আর তারা তা ভুলে গেছে। আল্লাহর সামনে উপস্থিত আছে সব বস্তুই।
[6] On the Day when Allâh will resurrect them all together (i.e. on the Day of Resurrection) and inform them of what they did. Allâh has kept account of it, while they have forgotten it. And Allâh is Witness over all things.

[7] أَلَم تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَعلَمُ ما فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَما فِى الأَرضِ ۖ ما يَكونُ مِن نَجوىٰ ثَلٰثَةٍ إِلّا هُوَ رابِعُهُم وَلا خَمسَةٍ إِلّا هُوَ سادِسُهُم وَلا أَدنىٰ مِن ذٰلِكَ وَلا أَكثَرَ إِلّا هُوَ مَعَهُم أَينَ ما كانوا ۖ ثُمَّ يُنَبِّئُهُم بِما عَمِلوا يَومَ القِيٰمَةِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَيءٍ عَليمٌ
[7] আপনি কি ভেবে দেখেননি যে, নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলে যা কিছু আছে, আল্লাহ তা জানেন। তিন ব্যক্তির এমন কোন পরামর্শ হয় না যাতে তিনি চতুর্থ না থাকেন এবং পাঁচ জনেরও হয় না, যাতে তিনি ষষ্ঠ না থাকেন তারা এতদপেক্ষা কম হোক বা বেশী হোক তারা যেখানেই থাকুক না কেন তিনি তাদের সাথে আছেন, তারা যা করে, তিনি কেয়ামতের দিন তা তাদেরকে জানিয়ে দিবেন। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সর্ববিষয়ে সম্যক জ্ঞাত।
[7] Have you not seen that Allâh knows whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is on the earth? There is no Najwa (secret counsel) of three, but He is their fourth (with His Knowledge, while He Himself is over the Throne, over the seventh heaven), nor of five but He is their sixth (with His Knowledge), not of less than that or more, but He is with them (with His Knowledge) wheresoever they may be; And afterwards on the Day of Resurrection, He will inform them of what they did. Verily, Allâh is the All-Knower of everything.

[8] أَلَم تَرَ إِلَى الَّذينَ نُهوا عَنِ النَّجوىٰ ثُمَّ يَعودونَ لِما نُهوا عَنهُ وَيَتَنٰجَونَ بِالإِثمِ وَالعُدوٰنِ وَمَعصِيَتِ الرَّسولِ وَإِذا جاءوكَ حَيَّوكَ بِما لَم يُحَيِّكَ بِهِ اللَّهُ وَيَقولونَ فى أَنفُسِهِم لَولا يُعَذِّبُنَا اللَّهُ بِما نَقولُ ۚ حَسبُهُم جَهَنَّمُ يَصلَونَها ۖ فَبِئسَ المَصيرُ
[8] আপনি কি ভেবে দেখেননি, যাদেরকে কানাঘুষা করতে নিষেধ করা হয়েছিল অতঃপর তারা নিষিদ্ধ কাজেরই পুনরাবৃত্তি করে এবং পাপাচার, সীমালংঘন এবং রসূলের অবাধ্যতার বিষয়েই কানাঘুষা করে। তারা যখন আপনার কাছে আসে, তখন আপনাকে এমন ভাষায় সালাম করে, যদ্দ্বারা আল্লাহ আপনাকে সালাম করেননি। তারা মনে মনে বলেঃ আমরা যা বলি, তজ্জন্যে আল্লাহ আমাদেরকে শাস্তি দেন না কেন? জাহান্নামই তাদের জন্যে যথেষ্ট। তারা তাতে প্রবেশ করবে। কতই না নিকৃষ্ট সেই জায়গা।
[8] Have you not seen those who were forbidden to hold secret counsels, and afterwards returned to that which they had been forbidden, and conspired together for sin and wrong doing and disobedience to the Messenger (Muhammad SAW ). And when they come to you, they greet you with a greeting wherewith Allâh greets you not, and say within themselves: “Why should Allâh punish us not for what we say?” Hell will be sufficient for them, they will burn therein, and worst indeed is that destination!

[9] يٰأَيُّهَا الَّذينَ ءامَنوا إِذا تَنٰجَيتُم فَلا تَتَنٰجَوا بِالإِثمِ وَالعُدوٰنِ وَمَعصِيَتِ الرَّسولِ وَتَنٰجَوا بِالبِرِّ وَالتَّقوىٰ ۖ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ الَّذى إِلَيهِ تُحشَرونَ
[9] মুমিনগণ, তোমরা যখন কানাকানি কর, তখন পাপাচার, সীমালংঘন ও রসূলের অবাধ্যতার বিষয়ে কানাকানি করো না বরং অনুগ্রহ ও খোদাভীতির ব্যাপারে কানাকানি করো। আল্লাহকে ভয় কর, যাঁর কাছে তোমরা একত্রিত হবে।
[9] O you who believe! When you hold secret counsel, do it not for sin and wrong-doing, and disobedience towards the Messenger (Muhammad SAW) but do it for Al-Birr (righteousness) and Taqwa (virtues and piety); and fear Allâh unto Whom you shall be gathered.

[10] إِنَّمَا النَّجوىٰ مِنَ الشَّيطٰنِ لِيَحزُنَ الَّذينَ ءامَنوا وَلَيسَ بِضارِّهِم شَيـًٔا إِلّا بِإِذنِ اللَّهِ ۚ وَعَلَى اللَّهِ فَليَتَوَكَّلِ المُؤمِنونَ
[10] এই কানাঘুষা তো শয়তানের কাজ; মুমিনদেরকে দুঃখ দেয়ার দেয়ার জন্যে। তবে আল্লাহর অনুমতি ব্যতীত সে তাদের কোন ক্ষতি করতে পারবে না। মুমিনদের উচিত আল্লাহর উপর ভরসা করা।
[10] Secret counsels (conspiracies) are only from Shaitân (Satan), in order that he may cause grief to the believers. But he cannot harm them in the least, except as Allâh permits, and in Allâh let the believers put their trust

[11] يٰأَيُّهَا الَّذينَ ءامَنوا إِذا قيلَ لَكُم تَفَسَّحوا فِى المَجٰلِسِ فَافسَحوا يَفسَحِ اللَّهُ لَكُم ۖ وَإِذا قيلَ انشُزوا فَانشُزوا يَرفَعِ اللَّهُ الَّذينَ ءامَنوا مِنكُم وَالَّذينَ أوتُوا العِلمَ دَرَجٰتٍ ۚ وَاللَّهُ بِما تَعمَلونَ خَبيرٌ
[11] মুমিনগণ, যখন তোমাদেরকে বলা হয়ঃ মজলিসে স্থান প্রশস্ত করে দাও, তখন তোমরা স্থান প্রশস্ত করে দিও। আল্লাহর জন্যে তোমাদের জন্য প্রশস্ত করে দিবেন। যখন বলা হয়ঃ উঠে যাও, তখন উঠে যেয়ো। তোমাদের মধ্যে যারা ঈমানদার এবং যারা জ্ঞানপ্রাপ্ত, আল্লাহ তাদের মর্যাদা উচ্চ করে দিবেন। আল্লাহ খবর রাখেন যা কিছু তোমরা কর।
[11] O you who believe! When you are told to make room in the assemblies, (spread out and) make room. Allâh will give you (ample) room (from His Mercy). And when you are told to rise up [for prayers, Jihâd (holy fighting in Allâh’s Cause), or for any other good deed], rise up. Allâh will exalt in degree those of you who believe, and those who have been granted knowledge. And Allâh is Well-Acquainted with what you do.

[12] يٰأَيُّهَا الَّذينَ ءامَنوا إِذا نٰجَيتُمُ الرَّسولَ فَقَدِّموا بَينَ يَدَى نَجوىٰكُم صَدَقَةً ۚ ذٰلِكَ خَيرٌ لَكُم وَأَطهَرُ ۚ فَإِن لَم تَجِدوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفورٌ رَحيمٌ
[12] মুমিনগণ, তোমরা রসূলের কাছে কানকথা বলতে চাইলে তৎপূর্বে সদকা প্রদান করবে। এটা তোমাদের জন্যে শ্রেয়ঃ ও পবিত্র হওয়ার ভাল উপায়। যদি তাতে সক্ষম না হও, তবে আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল, পরম দয়ালু।
[12] O you who believe! When you (want to) consult the Messenger (Muhammad SAW) in private, spend something in charity before your private consultation. That will be better and purer for you. But if you find not (the means for it), then verily, Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

[13] ءَأَشفَقتُم أَن تُقَدِّموا بَينَ يَدَى نَجوىٰكُم صَدَقٰتٍ ۚ فَإِذ لَم تَفعَلوا وَتابَ اللَّهُ عَلَيكُم فَأَقيمُوا الصَّلوٰةَ وَءاتُوا الزَّكوٰةَ وَأَطيعُوا اللَّهَ وَرَسولَهُ ۚ وَاللَّهُ خَبيرٌ بِما تَعمَلونَ
[13] তোমরা কি কানকথা বলার পূর্বে সদকা প্রদান করতে ভীত হয়ে গেলে? অতঃপর তোমরা যখন সদকা দিতে পারলে না এবং আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে মাফ করে দিলেন তখন তোমরা নামায কায়েম কর, যাকাত প্রদান কর এবং আল্লাহ ও রসূলের আনুগত্য কর। আল্লাহ খবর রাখেন তোমরা যা কর।
[13] Are you afraid of spending in charity before your private consultation (with him)? If then you do it not, and Allâh has forgiven you, then (at least) perform Salât (Iqâmat¬as¬Salât) and give Zakât and obey Allâh (i.e. do all that Allâh and His Messenger SAW order you to do). And Allâh is All-Aware of what you do.

[14] ۞ أَلَم تَرَ إِلَى الَّذينَ تَوَلَّوا قَومًا غَضِبَ اللَّهُ عَلَيهِم ما هُم مِنكُم وَلا مِنهُم وَيَحلِفونَ عَلَى الكَذِبِ وَهُم يَعلَمونَ
[14] আপনি কি তাদের প্রতি লক্ষ্য করেননি, যারা আল্লাহর গযবে নিপতিত সম্প্রদায়ের সাথে বন্ধুত্ব করে? তারা মুসলমানদের দলভুক্ত নয় এবং তাদেরও দলভূক্ত নয়। তারা জেনেশুনে মিথ্যা বিষয়ে শপথ করে।
[14] Have you (O Muhammad SAW) not seen those (hypocrites) who take as friends a people upon whom is the Wrath of Allâh (i.e. Jews)? They are neither of you (Muslims) nor of them (Jews), and they swear to a lie while they know.

[15] أَعَدَّ اللَّهُ لَهُم عَذابًا شَديدًا ۖ إِنَّهُم ساءَ ما كانوا يَعمَلونَ
[15] আল্লাহ তাদের জন্যে কঠোর শাস্তি প্রস্তুত রেখেছেন। নিশ্চয় তারা যা করে, খুবই মন্দ।
[15] Allâh has prepared for them a severe torment. Evil indeed is that which they used to do

[16] اتَّخَذوا أَيمٰنَهُم جُنَّةً فَصَدّوا عَن سَبيلِ اللَّهِ فَلَهُم عَذابٌ مُهينٌ
[16] তারা তাদের শপথকে ঢাল করে রেখেছেন, অতঃপর তারা আল্লাহর পথ থেকে মানুষকে বাধা প্রদান করে। অতএব, তাদের জন্য রয়েছে অপমানজনক শাস্তি।
[16] They have made their oaths a screen (for their evil actions). Thus they hinder (men) from the Path of Allâh, so they shall have a humiliating torment.

[17] لَن تُغنِىَ عَنهُم أَموٰلُهُم وَلا أَولٰدُهُم مِنَ اللَّهِ شَيـًٔا ۚ أُولٰئِكَ أَصحٰبُ النّارِ ۖ هُم فيها خٰلِدونَ
[17] আল্লাহর কবল থেকে তাদের ধন-সম্পদ ও সন্তান-সন্ততি তাদেরকে মোটেই বাঁচাতে পারবেনা। তারাই জাহান্নামের অধিবাসী তথায় তারা চিরকাল থাকবে।
[17] Their children and their wealth will avail them nothing against Allâh. They will be the dwellers of the Fire, to dwell therein forever.

[18] يَومَ يَبعَثُهُمُ اللَّهُ جَميعًا فَيَحلِفونَ لَهُ كَما يَحلِفونَ لَكُم ۖ وَيَحسَبونَ أَنَّهُم عَلىٰ شَيءٍ ۚ أَلا إِنَّهُم هُمُ الكٰذِبونَ
[18] যেদিন আল্লাহ তাদের সকলকে পুনরুত্থিত করবেন। অতঃপর তারা আল্লাহর সামনে শপথ করবে, যেমন তোমাদের সামনে শপথ করে। তারা মনে করবে যে, তারা কিছু সৎপথে আছে। সাবধান, তারাই তো আসল মিথ্যাবাদী।
[18] On the Day when Allâh will resurrect them all together (for their account), then they will swear to Him as they swear to you (O Muslims). And they think that they have something (to stand upon). Verily, they are liars!
