[50] অতএব, আল্লাহর দিকে ধাবিত হও। আমি তাঁর তরফ থেকে তোমাদের জন্যে সুস্পষ্ট সতর্ককারী।
[50] So flee to Allâh (from His Torment to His Mercy — Islâmic Monotheism), verily, I (Muhammad SAW) am a plain warner to you from Him.

[51] وَلا تَجعَلوا مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلٰهًا ءاخَرَ ۖ إِنّى لَكُم مِنهُ نَذيرٌ مُبينٌ
[51] তোমরা আল্লাহর সাথে কোন উপাস্য সাব্যস্ত করো না। আমি তাঁর পক্ষ থেকে তোমাদের জন্য সুস্পষ্ট সতর্ককারী।
[51] And set not up (or worship not) any other ilâh (god) along with Allâh [Glorified be He (Alone), Exalted above all that they associate as partners with Him]. Verily, I (Muhammad SAW) am a plain warner to you from Him.

[52] كَذٰلِكَ ما أَتَى الَّذينَ مِن قَبلِهِم مِن رَسولٍ إِلّا قالوا ساحِرٌ أَو مَجنونٌ
[52] এমনিভাবে, তাদের পূর্ববর্তীদের কাছে যখনই কোন রসূল আগমন করেছে, তারা বলছেঃ যাদুকর, না হয় উম্মাদ।
[52] Likewise, no Messenger came to those before them, but they said: “A sorcerer or a madman!”

[53] أَتَواصَوا بِهِ ۚ بَل هُم قَومٌ طاغونَ
[53] তারা কি একে অপরকে এই উপদেশই দিয়ে গেছে? বস্তুতঃ ওরা দুষ্ট সম্প্রদায়।
[53] Have they (the people of the past) transmitted this saying to these (Quraish pagans)? Nay, they are themselves a people transgressing beyond bounds (in disbelief)!

[54] فَتَوَلَّ عَنهُم فَما أَنتَ بِمَلومٍ
[54] অতএব, আপনি ওদের থেকে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নিন। এতে আপনি অপরাধী হবেন না।
[54] So turn away (O Muhammad SAW) from them (Quraish pagans) you are not blameworthy (as you have conveyed Allâh’s Message).

[55] وَذَكِّر فَإِنَّ الذِّكرىٰ تَنفَعُ المُؤمِنينَ
[55] এবং বোঝাতে থাকুন; কেননা, বোঝানো মুমিনদের উপকারে আসবে।
[55] And remind (by preaching the Qur’ân, O Muhammad SAW) for verily, the reminding profits the believers.

[56] وَما خَلَقتُ الجِنَّ وَالإِنسَ إِلّا لِيَعبُدونِ
[56] আমার এবাদত করার জন্যই আমি মানব ও জিন জাতি সৃষ্টি করেছি।
[56] And I (Allâh) created not the jinn and mankind except that they should worship Me (Alone).

[57] ما أُريدُ مِنهُم مِن رِزقٍ وَما أُريدُ أَن يُطعِمونِ
[57] আমি তাদের কাছে জীবিকা চাই না এবং এটাও চাই না যে, তারা আমাকে আহার্য যোগাবে।
[57] I seek not any provision from them (i.e. provision for themselves or for My creatures) nor do I ask that they should feed Me (i.e. feed themselves or My creatures).

[58] إِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الرَّزّاقُ ذُو القُوَّةِ المَتينُ
[58] আল্লাহ তা’আলাই তো জীবিকাদাতা শক্তির আধার, পরাক্রান্ত।
[58] Verily, Allâh is the All-Provider, Owner of Power, the Most Strong.

[59] فَإِنَّ لِلَّذينَ ظَلَموا ذَنوبًا مِثلَ ذَنوبِ أَصحٰبِهِم فَلا يَستَعجِلونِ
[59] অতএব, এই যালেমদের প্রাপ্য তাই, যা ওদের অতীত সহচরদের প্রাপ্য ছিল। কাজেই ওরা যেন আমার কাছে তা তাড়াতাড়ি না চায়।
[59] And verily, for those who do wrong, there is a portion of torment like to the evil portion of torment (which came for) their likes (of old), so let them not ask Me to hasten on!

[60] فَوَيلٌ لِلَّذينَ كَفَروا مِن يَومِهِمُ الَّذى يوعَدونَ
[60] অতএব, কাফেরদের জন্যে দুর্ভোগ সেই দিনের, যেদিনের প্রতিশ্রুতি ওদেরকে দেয়া হয়েছে।
[60] Then, woe to those who disbelieve (in Allâh and His Oneness — Islâmic Monotheism) from their Day which they have been promised (for their punishment).

بِسمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحمٰنِ الرَّحيمِ

শুরু করছি আল্লাহর নামে যিনি পরম করুণাময়, অতি দয়ালু

[1] وَالطّورِ
[1] কসম তূরপর্বতের,
[1] By the Tur (Mount);

[2] وَكِتٰبٍ مَسطورٍ
[2] এবং লিখিত কিতাবের,
[2] And by the Book Inscribed.

[3] فى رَقٍّ مَنشورٍ
[3] প্রশস্ত পত্রে,
[3] In parchment unrolled.

[4] وَالبَيتِ المَعمورِ
[4] কসম বায়তুল-মামুর তথা আবাদ গৃহের,
[4] And by the Al Bait-ul-Ma’mûr (the house over the heavens parallel to the Ka’bah at Makkah, continuously visited by the angels);

[5] وَالسَّقفِ المَرفوعِ
[5] এবং সমুন্নত ছাদের,
[5] And by the roof raised high (i.e. the heaven).

[6] وَالبَحرِ المَسجورِ
[6] এবং উত্তাল সমুদ্রের,
[6] And by the sea kept filled (or it will be fire kindled on the Day of Resurrection).

[7] إِنَّ عَذابَ رَبِّكَ لَوٰقِعٌ
[7] আপনার পালনকর্তার শাস্তি অবশ্যম্ভাবী,
[7] Verily, the Torment of your Lord will surely come to pass,

[8] ما لَهُ مِن دافِعٍ
[8] তা কেউ প্রতিরোধ করতে পারবে না।
[8] There is none that can avert it;

[9] يَومَ تَمورُ السَّماءُ مَورًا
[9] সেদিন আকাশ প্রকম্পিত হবে প্রবলভাবে।
[9] On the Day when the heaven will shake with a dreadful shaking,
