[21] وَمِن ءايٰتِهِ أَن خَلَقَ لَكُم مِن أَنفُسِكُم أَزوٰجًا لِتَسكُنوا إِلَيها وَجَعَلَ بَينَكُم مَوَدَّةً وَرَحمَةً ۚ إِنَّ فى ذٰلِكَ لَءايٰتٍ لِقَومٍ يَتَفَكَّرونَ
[21] আর এক নিদর্শন এই যে, তিনি তোমাদের জন্যে তোমাদের মধ্য থেকে তোমাদের সংগিনীদের সৃষ্টি করেছেন, যাতে তোমরা তাদের কাছে শান্তিতে থাক এবং তিনি তোমাদের মধ্যে পারস্পরিক সম্প্রীতি ও দয়া সৃষ্টি করেছেন। নিশ্চয় এতে চিন্তাশীল লোকদের জন্যে নিদর্শনাবলী রয়েছে।
[21] And among His Signs is this, that He created for you wives from among yourselves, that you may find repose in them, and He has put between you affection and mercy. Verily, in that are indeed signs for a people who reflect.

22] وَمِن ءايٰتِهِ خَلقُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالأَرضِ وَاختِلٰفُ أَلسِنَتِكُم وَأَلوٰنِكُم ۚ إِنَّ فى ذٰلِكَ لَءايٰتٍ لِلعٰلِمينَ
[22] তাঁর আর ও এক নিদর্শন হচ্ছে নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের সৃজন এবং তোমাদের ভাষা ও বর্ণের বৈচিত্র। নিশ্চয় এতে জ্ঞানীদের জন্যে নিদর্শনাবলী রয়েছে।
[22] And among His Signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the difference of your languages and colours. Verily, in that are indeed signs for men of sound knowledge.

[23] وَمِن ءايٰتِهِ مَنامُكُم بِالَّيلِ وَالنَّهارِ وَابتِغاؤُكُم مِن فَضلِهِ ۚ إِنَّ فى ذٰلِكَ لَءايٰتٍ لِقَومٍ يَسمَعونَ
[23] তাঁর আরও নিদর্শনঃ রাতে ও দিনে তোমাদের নিদ্রা এবং তাঁর কৃপা অন্বেষণ। নিশ্চয় এতে মনোযোগী সম্প্রদায়ের জন্যে নিদর্শনাবলী রয়েছে।
[23] And among His Signs is your sleep by night and by day, and your seeking of His Bounty. Verily, in that are indeed signs for a people who listen.

[24] وَمِن ءايٰتِهِ يُريكُمُ البَرقَ خَوفًا وَطَمَعًا وَيُنَزِّلُ مِنَ السَّماءِ ماءً فَيُحيۦ بِهِ الأَرضَ بَعدَ مَوتِها ۚ إِنَّ فى ذٰلِكَ لَءايٰتٍ لِقَومٍ يَعقِلونَ
[24] তাঁর আরও নিদর্শনঃ তিনি তোমাদেরকে দেখান বিদ্যুৎ, ভয় ও ভরসার জন্যে এবং আকাশ থেকে পানি বর্ষণ করেন, অতঃপর তদ্দ্বারা ভূমির মৃত্যুর পর তাকে পুনরুজ্জীবিত করেন। নিশ্চয় এতে বুদ্ধিমান লোকদের জন্যে নিদর্শনাবলী রয়েছে।
[24] And among His Signs is that He shows you the lightning, for fear and for the hope, and He sends down water (rain) from the sky, and therewith revives the earth after its death. Verily, in that are indeed signs for a people who understand.

[25] وَمِن ءايٰتِهِ أَن تَقومَ السَّماءُ وَالأَرضُ بِأَمرِهِ ۚ ثُمَّ إِذا دَعاكُم دَعوَةً مِنَ الأَرضِ إِذا أَنتُم تَخرُجونَ
[25] তাঁর অন্যতম নিদর্শন এই যে, তাঁরই আদেশে আকাশ ও পৃথিবী প্রতিষ্ঠিত আছে। অতঃপর যখন তিনি মৃত্তিকা থেকে উঠার জন্যে তোমাদের ডাক দেবেন, তখন তোমরা উঠে আসবে।
[25] And among His Signs is that the heaven and the earth stand by His Command, Then afterwards when He will call you by single call, behold, you will come out from the earth (i.e from your graves for reckoning and recompense).

[26] وَلَهُ مَن فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالأَرضِ ۖ كُلٌّ لَهُ قٰنِتونَ
[26] নভোমন্ডলে ও ভুমন্ডলে যা কিছু আছে, সব তাঁরই। সবাই তাঁর আজ্ঞাবহ।
[26] To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth. All are obedient to Him.

[27] وَهُوَ الَّذى يَبدَؤُا۟ الخَلقَ ثُمَّ يُعيدُهُ وَهُوَ أَهوَنُ عَلَيهِ ۚ وَلَهُ المَثَلُ الأَعلىٰ فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالأَرضِ ۚ وَهُوَ العَزيزُ الحَكيمُ
[27] তিনিই প্রথমবার সৃষ্টিকে অস্তিত্বে আনয়ন করেন, অতঃপর তিনি সৃষ্টি করবেন। এটা তাঁর জন্যে সহজ। আকাশ ও পৃথিবীতে সর্বোচ্চ মর্যাদা তাঁরই এবং তিনিই পরাক্রমশালী, প্রজ্ঞাময়।
[27] And He it is Who originates the creation, then will repeat it (after it has been perished), and this is easier for Him. His is the highest description (i.e. none has the right to be worshipped but He, and there is nothing comparable unto Him) in the heavens and in the earth. And He is the All¬Mighty, the All¬Wise.

[28] ضَرَبَ لَكُم مَثَلًا مِن أَنفُسِكُم ۖ هَل لَكُم مِن ما مَلَكَت أَيمٰنُكُم مِن شُرَكاءَ فى ما رَزَقنٰكُم فَأَنتُم فيهِ سَواءٌ تَخافونَهُم كَخيفَتِكُم أَنفُسَكُم ۚ كَذٰلِكَ نُفَصِّلُ الءايٰتِ لِقَومٍ يَعقِلونَ
[28] আল্লাহ তোমাদের জন্যে তোমাদেরই মধ্য থেকে একটি দৃষ্টান্ত বর্ণনা করেছেনঃ তোমাদের আমি যে রুযী দিয়েছি, তোমাদের অধিকারভুক্ত দাস-দাসীরা কি তাতে তোমাদের সমান সমান অংশীদার? তোমরা কি তাদেরকে সেরূপ ভয় কর, যেরূপ নিজেদের লোককে ভয় কর? এমনিভাবে আমি সমঝদার সম্প্রদায়ের জন্যে নিদর্শনাবলী বিস্তারিত বর্ণনা করি।
[28] He sets forth for you a parable from your ownselves, – Do you have partners among those whom your right hands possess (i.e your slaves) to share as equals in the wealth We have bestowed on you Whom you fear as you fear each other? Thus do We explain the signs in detail to a people who have sense.

[29] بَلِ اتَّبَعَ الَّذينَ ظَلَموا أَهواءَهُم بِغَيرِ عِلمٍ ۖ فَمَن يَهدى مَن أَضَلَّ اللَّهُ ۖ وَما لَهُم مِن نٰصِرينَ
[29] বরং যারা যে-ইনসাফ, তারা অজ্ঞানতাবশতঃ তাদের খেয়াল-খূশীর অনুসরণ করে থাকে। অতএব, আল্লাহ যাকে পথভ্রষ্ট করেন, তাকে কে বোঝাবে? তাদের কোন সাহায্যকারী নেই।
[29] Nay, but those who do wrong follow their own lusts without knowledge, Then who will guide him whom Allâh has sent astray? And for such there will be no helpers.

[30] فَأَقِم وَجهَكَ لِلدّينِ حَنيفًا ۚ فِطرَتَ اللَّهِ الَّتى فَطَرَ النّاسَ عَلَيها ۚ لا تَبديلَ لِخَلقِ اللَّهِ ۚ ذٰلِكَ الدّينُ القَيِّمُ وَلٰكِنَّ أَكثَرَ النّاسِ لا يَعلَمونَ
[30] তুমি একনিষ্ঠ ভাবে নিজেকে ধর্মের উপর প্রতিষ্ঠিত রাখ। এটাই আল্লাহর প্রকৃতি, যার উপর তিনি মানব সৃষ্টি করেছেন। আল্লাহর সৃষ্টির কোন পরিবর্তন নেই। এটাই সরল ধর্ম। কিন্তু অধিকাংশ মানুষ জানে না।
[30] So set you (O Muhammad SAW) your face towards the religion (of pure Islâmic Monotheism) Hanif (worship none but Allâh Alone) Allâh’s Fitrah (i.e. Allâh’s Islâmic Monotheism), with which He has created mankind. No change let there be in Khalq¬illâh (i.e. the religion of Allâh — Islâmic Monotheism), that is the straight religion, but most of men know not. (Tafsir At¬Tabarî)

[31] ۞ مُنيبينَ إِلَيهِ وَاتَّقوهُ وَأَقيمُوا الصَّلوٰةَ وَلا تَكونوا مِنَ المُشرِكينَ
[31] সবাই তাঁর অভিমুখী হও এবং ভয় কর, নামায কায়েম কর এবং মুশরিকদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হয়ো না।
[31] (And remain always) turning in repentance to Him (only), and be afraid and dutiful to Him; and perform As¬Salât (Iqâmat¬as¬Salât) and be not of Al¬Mushrikûn (polytheists, idolaters the disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah).

[32] مِنَ الَّذينَ فَرَّقوا دينَهُم وَكانوا شِيَعًا ۖ كُلُّ حِزبٍ بِما لَدَيهِم فَرِحونَ
[32] যারা তাদের ধর্মে বিভেদ সৃষ্টি করেছে এবং অনেক দলে বিভক্ত হয়ে পড়েছে। প্রত্যেক দলই নিজ নিজ মতবাদ নিয়ে উল্লসিত।
[32] Of those who split up their religion (i.e. who left the true Islâmic Monotheism), and became sects, [i.e. they invented new things in the religion (Bid’ah), and followed their vain desires], each sect rejoicing in that which is with it.

[33] وَإِذا مَسَّ النّاسَ ضُرٌّ دَعَوا رَبَّهُم مُنيبينَ إِلَيهِ ثُمَّ إِذا أَذاقَهُم مِنهُ رَحمَةً إِذا فَريقٌ مِنهُم بِرَبِّهِم يُشرِكونَ
[33] মানুষকে যখন দুঃখ-কষ্ট স্পর্শ করে, তখন তারা তাদের পালনকর্তাকে আহবান করে তাঁরই অভিমুখী হয়ে। অতঃপর তিনি যখন তাদেরকে রহমতের স্বাদ আস্বাদন করান, তখন তাদের একদল তাদের পালনকর্তার সাথে শিরক করতে থাকে,
[33] And when harm touches men, they cry sincerely only to their Lord (Allâh), turning to Him in repentance, but when He gives them a taste of His Mercy, behold! a party of them associate partners in worship with their Lord.

[34] لِيَكفُروا بِما ءاتَينٰهُم ۚ فَتَمَتَّعوا فَسَوفَ تَعلَمونَ
[34] যাতে তারা অস্বীকার করে যা আমি তাদেরকে দিয়েছি। অতএব, মজা লুটে নাও, সত্বরই জানতে পারবে।
[34] So as to be ungrateful for the graces which We have bestowed on them. Then enjoy (your short life); but you will come to know.

[35] أَم أَنزَلنا عَلَيهِم سُلطٰنًا فَهُوَ يَتَكَلَّمُ بِما كانوا بِهِ يُشرِكونَ
[35] আমি কি তাদের কাছে এমন কোন দলীল নাযিল করেছি, যে তাদেরকে আমার শরীক করতে বলে?
[35] Or have We revealed to them an authority (a Scripture), which speaks of that which they have been associating with Him?

[36] وَإِذا أَذَقنَا النّاسَ رَحمَةً فَرِحوا بِها ۖ وَإِن تُصِبهُم سَيِّئَةٌ بِما قَدَّمَت أَيديهِم إِذا هُم يَقنَطونَ
[36] আর যখন আমি মানুষকে রহমতের স্বাদ আস্বাদন করাই, তারা তাতে আনন্দিত হয় এবং তাদের কৃতকর্মের ফলে যদি তাদেরকে কোন দুদর্শা পায়, তবে তারা হতাশ হয়ে পড়ে।
[36] And when We cause mankind to taste of mercy, they rejoice therein, but when some evil afflicts them because of (evil deeds and sins) that their (own) hands have sent forth, behold, they are in despair!

[37] أَوَلَم يَرَوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَبسُطُ الرِّزقَ لِمَن يَشاءُ وَيَقدِرُ ۚ إِنَّ فى ذٰلِكَ لَءايٰتٍ لِقَومٍ يُؤمِنونَ
[37] তারা কি দেখে না যে, আল্লাহ যার জন্যে ইচ্ছা রিযিক বর্ধিত করেন এবং হ্রাস করেন। নিশ্চয় এতে বিশ্বাসী সম্প্রদায়ের জন্যে নিদর্শনাবলী রয়েছে।
[37] Do they not see that Allâh enlarges the provision for whom He wills and straitens (it for whom He wills). Verily, in that are indeed signs for a people who believe.

[38] فَـٔاتِ ذَا القُربىٰ حَقَّهُ وَالمِسكينَ وَابنَ السَّبيلِ ۚ ذٰلِكَ خَيرٌ لِلَّذينَ يُريدونَ وَجهَ اللَّهِ ۖ وَأُولٰئِكَ هُمُ المُفلِحونَ
[38] আত্নীয়-স্বজনকে তাদের প্রাপ্য দিন এবং মিসকীন ও মুসাফিরদেরও। এটা তাদের জন্যে উত্তম, যারা আল্লাহর সন্তুষ্টি কামনা করে। তারাই সফলকাম।
[38] So give to the kindred his due, and to Al¬Miskîn (the poor) and to the wayfarer; That is best for those who seek Allâh’s Countenance, and it is they who will be successful.

[39] وَما ءاتَيتُم مِن رِبًا لِيَربُوَا۟ فى أَموٰلِ النّاسِ فَلا يَربوا عِندَ اللَّهِ ۖ وَما ءاتَيتُم مِن زَكوٰةٍ تُريدونَ وَجهَ اللَّهِ فَأُولٰئِكَ هُمُ المُضعِفونَ
[39] মানুষের ধন-সম্পদে তোমাদের ধন-সম্পদ বৃদ্ধি পাবে, এই আশায় তোমরা সুদে যা কিছু দাও, আল্লাহর কাছে তা বৃদ্ধি পায় না। পক্ষান্তরে, আল্লাহর সন্তুষ্টি লাভের আশায় পবিত্র অন্তরে যারা দিয়ে থাকে, অতএব, তারাই দ্বিগুণ লাভ করে।
[39] And that which you give in gift (to others), in order that it may increase (your wealth by expecting to get a better one in return) from other people’s property, has no increase with Allâh, but that which you give in Zakât seeking Allâh’s Countenance then those, they shall have manifold increase.

[40] اللَّهُ الَّذى خَلَقَكُم ثُمَّ رَزَقَكُم ثُمَّ يُميتُكُم ثُمَّ يُحييكُم ۖ هَل مِن شُرَكائِكُم مَن يَفعَلُ مِن ذٰلِكُم مِن شَيءٍ ۚ سُبحٰنَهُ وَتَعٰلىٰ عَمّا يُشرِكونَ
[40] আল্লাহই তোমাদের সৃষ্টি করেছেন, অতঃপর রিযিক দিয়েছেন, এরপর তোমাদের মৃত্যু দেবেন, এরপর তোমাদের জীবিত করবেন। তোমাদের শরীকদের মধ্যে এমন কেউ আছে কি, যে এসব কাজের মধ্যে কোন একটিও করতে পারবে? তারা যাকে শরীক করে, আল্লাহ তা থেকে পবিত্র ও মহান।
[40] Allâh is He Who created you, then provided food for you, then will cause you to die, then (again) He will give you life (on the Day of Resurrection). Is there any of your (so¬called) partners (of Allâh) that do anything of that ? Glory is to Him! And Exalted is He above all that (evil) they associate (with Him).
