[96] قالَ بَصُرتُ بِما لَم يَبصُروا بِهِ فَقَبَضتُ قَبضَةً مِن أَثَرِ الرَّسولِ فَنَبَذتُها وَكَذٰلِكَ سَوَّلَت لى نَفسى
[96] সে বললঃ আমি দেখলাম যা অন্যেরা দেখেনি। অতঃপর আমি সেই প্রেরিত ব্যক্তির পদচিহেßর নীচ থেকে এক মুঠি মাটি নিয়ে নিলাম। অতঃপর আমি তা নিক্ষেপ করলাম। আমাকে আমার মন এই মন্ত্রণাই দিল।
[96] (Samiri) said: “I saw what they saw not, so I took a handful (of dust) from the (hoof) print of the messenger [Jibril’s (Gabriel) horse] and threw it [into the fire in which were put the ornaments of the Fir’aun’s (Pharaoh) people, or into the calf]. Thus my inner-self suggested to me.”
