[13] إِنَّهُ هُوَ يُبدِئُ وَيُعيدُ
[13] তিনিই প্রথমবার অস্তিত্ব দান করেন এবং পুনরায় জীবিত করেন।
[13] Verily, He it is Who begins (punishment) and repeats (punishment in the
Hereafter) (or originates the creation of everything, and then repeats it on
the Day of Resurrection).
