[3] فَالتّٰلِيٰتِ ذِكرًا
[3] অতঃপর মুখস্থ আবৃত্তিকারীদের-
[3] By those (angels) who bring the Book and the Qur’ân from Allâh to mankind [Tafsir Ibn Kathîr].
