[166] وَما أَصٰبَكُم يَومَ التَقَى الجَمعانِ فَبِإِذنِ اللَّهِ وَلِيَعلَمَ المُؤمِنينَ
[166] আর যেদিন দু’দল সৈন্যের মোকাবিলা হয়েছে; সেদিন তোমাদের উপর যা আপতিত হয়েছে তা আল্লাহর হুকুমেই হয়েছে এবং তা এজন্য যে, তাতে ঈমানদারদিগকে জানা যায়।
[166] And what you suffered (of the disaster) on the day (of the battle of Uhud when) the two armies met, was by the leave of Allâh, in order that He might test the believers.
