[49] أَلَم تَرَ إِلَى الَّذينَ يُزَكّونَ أَنفُسَهُم ۚ بَلِ اللَّهُ يُزَكّى مَن يَشاءُ وَلا يُظلَمونَ فَتيلًا
[49] তুমি কি তাদেকে দেখনি, যারা নিজেদেরকে পূত-পবিত্র বলে থাকে অথচ পবিত্র করেন আল্লাহ যাকে ইচ্ছা তাকেই? বস্তুতঃ তাদের উপর সুতা পরিমাণ অন্যায়ও হবে না।
[49] Have you not seen those (Jews and Christians) who claim sanctity for themselves. Nay, but Allâh sanctifies whom He wills, and they will not be dealt with injustice even equal to the extent of a scalish thread in the long slit of a date-stone.
