[43] قالَ سَـٔاوى إِلىٰ جَبَلٍ يَعصِمُنى مِنَ الماءِ ۚ قالَ لا عاصِمَ اليَومَ مِن أَمرِ اللَّهِ إِلّا مَن رَحِمَ ۚ وَحالَ بَينَهُمَا المَوجُ فَكانَ مِنَ المُغرَقينَ
[43] সে বলল, আমি অচিরেই কোন পাহাড়ে আশ্রয় নেব, যা আমাকে পানি হতে রক্ষা করবে। নূহ (আঃ) বল্লেন আজকের দিনে আল্লাহর হুকুম থেকে কোন রক্ষাকারী নেই। একমাত্র তিনি যাকে দয়া করবেন। এমন সময় উভয়ের মাঝে তরঙ্গ আড়াল হয়ে দাঁড়াল, ফলে সে নিমজ্জিত হল।
[43] (The son) replied: “I will betake myself to some mountain, it will save me from the water.” Nûh (Noah) said: “This day there is no saviour from the Decree of Allâh except him on whom He has mercy.” And a waves came in between them, so he (the son) was among the drowned.
