[81] وَكَيفَ أَخافُ ما أَشرَكتُم وَلا تَخافونَ أَنَّكُم أَشرَكتُم بِاللَّهِ ما لَم يُنَزِّل بِهِ عَلَيكُم سُلطٰنًا ۚ فَأَىُّ الفَريقَينِ أَحَقُّ بِالأَمنِ ۖ إِن كُنتُم تَعلَمونَ

[81] যাদেরকে তোমরা আল্লাহর সাথে শরীক করে রেখেছ, তাদেরকে কিরূপে ভয় কর, অথচ তোমরা ভয় কর না যে, তোমরা আল্লাহর সাথে এমন বস্তুকে শরীক করছ, যাদের সম্পর্কে আল্লাহ তোমাদের প্রতি কোন প্রমাণ অবতীর্ণ করেননি। অতএব, উভয় সম্প্রদায়ের মধ্যে শাস্তি লাভের অধিক যোগ্য কে, যদি তোমরা জ্ঞানী হয়ে থাক।

[81] And how should I fear those whom you associate in worship with Allâh (though they can neither benefit nor harm), while you fear not that you have joined in worship with Allâh things for which He has not sent down to you any authority. (So) which of the two parties has more right to be in security? If you but know.”

[82] الَّذينَ ءامَنوا وَلَم يَلبِسوا إيمٰنَهُم بِظُلمٍ أُولٰئِكَ لَهُمُ الأَمنُ وَهُم مُهتَدونَ

[82] যারা ঈমান আনে এবং স্বীয় বিশ্বাসকে শেরেকীর সাথে মিশ্রিত করে না, তাদের জন্যেই শান্তি এবং তারাই সুপথগামী।

[82] It is those who believe (in the Oneness of Allâh and worship none but Him Alone) and confuse not their belief with Zulm (wrong i.e. by worshipping others besides Allâh), for them (only) there is security and they are the guided.

[83] وَتِلكَ حُجَّتُنا ءاتَينٰها إِبرٰهيمَ عَلىٰ قَومِهِ ۚ نَرفَعُ دَرَجٰتٍ مَن نَشاءُ ۗ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ حَكيمٌ عَليمٌ

[83] এটি ছিল আমার যুক্তি, যা আমি ইব্রাহীমকে তাঁর সম্প্রÞদায়ের বিপক্ষে প্রদান করেছিলাম। আমি যাকে ইচ্ছা মর্যাদায় সমুন্নত করি। আপনার পালনকর্তা প্রজ্ঞাময়, মহাজ্ঞানী

[83] And that was Our Proof which We gave Ibrâhim (Abraham) against his people. We raise whom We will in degrees. Certainly your Lord is All¬Wise, All¬Knowing.

[84] وَوَهَبنا لَهُ إِسحٰقَ وَيَعقوبَ ۚ كُلًّا هَدَينا ۚ وَنوحًا هَدَينا مِن قَبلُ ۖ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِهِ داوۥدَ وَسُلَيمٰنَ وَأَيّوبَ وَيوسُفَ وَموسىٰ وَهٰرونَ ۚ وَكَذٰلِكَ نَجزِى المُحسِنينَ

[84] আমি তাঁকে দান করেছি ইসহাক এবং এয়াকুব। প্রত্যেককেই আমি পথ প্রদর্শন করেছি এবং পূর্বে আমি নূহকে পথ প্রদর্শন করেছি-তাঁর সন্তানদের মধ্যে দাউদ, সোলায়মান, আইউব, ইউসুফ, মূসা ও হারুনকে। এমনিভাবে আমি সৎকর্মীদেরকে প্রতিদান দিয়ে থাকি।

[84] And We bestowed upon him Ishâq (Isaac) and Ya’qûb (Jacob), each of them We guided, and before him, We guided Nûh (Noah), and among his progeny Dawûd (David), Sulaimân (Solomon), Ayub (Job), Yûsuf (Joseph), Mûsa (Moses), and Hârûn (Aaron). Thus do We reward the Al-Muhsinun (the good-doers. See the foot note of V.9:120).

[85] وَزَكَرِيّا وَيَحيىٰ وَعيسىٰ وَإِلياسَ ۖ كُلٌّ مِنَ الصّٰلِحينَ

[85] আর ও যাকারিয়া, ইয়াহিয়া, ঈসা এবং ইলিয়াসকে। তারা সবাই পুণ্যবানদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত ছিল।

[85] And Zakariyâ (Zachariya), and Yahya (John) and ‘Īsā (Jesus) and Iliyâs (Elias), each one of them was of the righteous.

[86] وَإِسمٰعيلَ وَاليَسَعَ وَيونُسَ وَلوطًا ۚ وَكُلًّا فَضَّلنا عَلَى العٰلَمينَ

[86] এবং ইসরাঈল, ইয়াসা, ইউনূস, লূতকে প্রত্যেককেই আমি সারা বিশ্বের উপর গৌরবাম্বিত করেছি।

[86] And Ismâ’il (Ishmael) and Al-Yas’â (Elisha), and Yûnus (Jonah) and Lut (Lot), and each one of them We preferred above the ‘Alamîn [(mankind and jinn) (of their times)].

[87] وَمِن ءابائِهِم وَذُرِّيّٰتِهِم وَإِخوٰنِهِم ۖ وَاجتَبَينٰهُم وَهَدَينٰهُم إِلىٰ صِرٰطٍ مُستَقيمٍ

[87] আর ও তাদের কিছু সংখ্যক পিতৃপুরুষ, সন্তান-সন্ততি ও ভ্রাতাদেরকে; আমি তাদেরকে মনোনীত করেছি এবং সরল পথ প্রদর্শন করেছি।

[87] And also some of their fathers and their progeny and their brethren, We chose them, and We guided them to a Straight Path.

[88] ذٰلِكَ هُدَى اللَّهِ يَهدى بِهِ مَن يَشاءُ مِن عِبادِهِ ۚ وَلَو أَشرَكوا لَحَبِطَ عَنهُم ما كانوا يَعمَلونَ

[88] এটি আল্লাহর হেদায়েত। স্বীয় বান্দাদের মধ্যে যাকে ইচ্ছা, এপথে চালান। যদি তারা শেরেকী করত, তবে তাদের কাজ কর্ম তাদের জন্যে ব্যর্থ হয়ে যেত।

[88] This is the Guidance of Allâh with which He guides whomsoever He will of His slaves. But if they had joined in worship others with Allâh, all that they used to do would have been of no benefit to them.

[89] أُولٰئِكَ الَّذينَ ءاتَينٰهُمُ الكِتٰبَ وَالحُكمَ وَالنُّبُوَّةَ ۚ فَإِن يَكفُر بِها هٰؤُلاءِ فَقَد وَكَّلنا بِها قَومًا لَيسوا بِها بِكٰفِرينَ

[89] তাদেরকেই আমি গ্রন্থ, শরীয়ত ও নবুয়ত দান করেছি। অতএব, যদি এরা আপনার নবুয়ত অস্বীকার করে, তবে এর জন্যে এমন সম্প্রদায় নির্দিষ্ট করেছি, যারা এতে অবিশ্বাসী হবে না।

[89] They are those whom We gave the Book, Al¬Hukm (understanding of the religious laws), and Prophethood. But if these disbelieve therein (the Book, Al¬Hukm and Prophethood), then, indeed We have entrusted it to a people (such as the Companions of Prophet Muhammad SAW) who are not disbelievers therein.

[90] أُولٰئِكَ الَّذينَ هَدَى اللَّهُ ۖ فَبِهُدىٰهُمُ اقتَدِه ۗ قُل لا أَسـَٔلُكُم عَلَيهِ أَجرًا ۖ إِن هُوَ إِلّا ذِكرىٰ لِلعٰلَمينَ

[90] এরা এমন ছিল, যাদেরকে আল্লাহ পথ প্রদর্শন করেছিলেন। অতএব, আপনিও তাদের পথ অনুসরণ করুন। আপনি বলে দিনঃ আমি তোমাদের কাছে এর জন্যে কোন পারিশ্রমিক চাই না। এটি সারা বিশ্বের জন্যে একটি উপদেশমাত্র।

[90] They are those whom Allâh had guided. So follow their guidance. Say: “No reward I ask of you for this (the Qur’ân). It is only a reminder for the ‘Alamîn (mankind and jinn).”

[91] وَما قَدَرُوا اللَّهَ حَقَّ قَدرِهِ إِذ قالوا ما أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ عَلىٰ بَشَرٍ مِن شَيءٍ ۗ قُل مَن أَنزَلَ الكِتٰبَ الَّذى جاءَ بِهِ موسىٰ نورًا وَهُدًى لِلنّاسِ ۖ تَجعَلونَهُ قَراطيسَ تُبدونَها وَتُخفونَ كَثيرًا ۖ وَعُلِّمتُم ما لَم تَعلَموا أَنتُم وَلا ءاباؤُكُم ۖ قُلِ اللَّهُ ۖ ثُمَّ ذَرهُم فى خَوضِهِم يَلعَبونَ

[91] তারা আল্লাহকে যথার্থ মূল্যায়ন করতে পারেনি, যখন তারা বললঃ আল্লাহ কোন মানুষের প্রতি কোন কিছু অবতীর্ণ করেননি। আপনি জিজ্ঞেস করুনঃ ঐ গ্রন্থ কে নাযিল করেছে, যা মূসা নিয়ে এসেছিল ? যা জ্যোতিবিশেষ এবং মানব মন্ডলীর জন্যে হোদায়েতস্বরূপ, যা তোমরা বিক্ষিপ্তপত্রে রেখে লোকদের জন্যে প্রকাশ করছ এবং বহুলাংশকে গোপন করছ। তোমাদেরকে এমন অনেক বিষয় শিক্ষা দেয়া হয়েছে, যা তোমরা এবং তোমাদের পূর্বপুরুষরা জানতো না। আপনি বলে দিনঃ আল্লাহ নাযিল করেছেন। অতঃপর তাদেরকে তাদের ক্রীড়ামূলক বৃত্তিতে ব্যাপৃত থাকতে দিন।

[91] They (the Jews, Quraish pagans, idolaters) did not estimate Allâh with an estimation due to Him when they said: “Nothing did Allâh send down to any human being (by revelation).” Say (O Muhammad SAW): “Who then sent down the Book which Mûsa (Moses) brought, a light and a guidance to mankind which you (the Jews) have made into (separate) papersheets, disclosing (some of it) and concealing much. And you (believers in Allâh and His Messenger Muhammad SAW), were taught (through the Qur’ân) that which neither you nor your fathers knew.” Say: “Allâh (sent it down).” Then leave them to play in their vain discussions. (Tafsir Al-Qurtubî).

[92] وَهٰذا كِتٰبٌ أَنزَلنٰهُ مُبارَكٌ مُصَدِّقُ الَّذى بَينَ يَدَيهِ وَلِتُنذِرَ أُمَّ القُرىٰ وَمَن حَولَها ۚ وَالَّذينَ يُؤمِنونَ بِالءاخِرَةِ يُؤمِنونَ بِهِ ۖ وَهُم عَلىٰ صَلاتِهِم يُحافِظونَ

[92] এ কোরআন এমন গ্রন্থ, যা আমি অবতীর্ন করেছি; বরকতময়, পূর্ববর্তী গ্রন্থের সত্যতা প্রমাণকারী এবং যাতে আপনি মক্কাবাসী ও পাশ্ববর্তীদেরকে ভয় প্রদর্শন করেন। যারা পরকালে বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে তারা এর প্রতি বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে এবং তার স্বীয় নামায সংরক্ষণ করে।

[92] And this (the Qur’ân) is a blessed Book which We have sent down, confirming (the revelations) which came before it, so that you may warn the Mother of Towns (i.e. Makkah) and all those around it. Those who believe in the Hereafter believe in it (the Qur’ân), and they are constant in guarding their Salât (prayers).

[93] وَمَن أَظلَمُ مِمَّنِ افتَرىٰ عَلَى اللَّهِ كَذِبًا أَو قالَ أوحِىَ إِلَىَّ وَلَم يوحَ إِلَيهِ شَيءٌ وَمَن قالَ سَأُنزِلُ مِثلَ ما أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ ۗ وَلَو تَرىٰ إِذِ الظّٰلِمونَ فى غَمَرٰتِ المَوتِ وَالمَلٰئِكَةُ باسِطوا أَيديهِم أَخرِجوا أَنفُسَكُمُ ۖ اليَومَ تُجزَونَ عَذابَ الهونِ بِما كُنتُم تَقولونَ عَلَى اللَّهِ غَيرَ الحَقِّ وَكُنتُم عَن ءايٰتِهِ تَستَكبِرونَ

[93] ঐ ব্যক্তির চাইতে বড় জালেম কে হবে, যে আল্লাহর প্রতি মিথ্যা আরোপ করে অথবা বলেঃ আমার প্রতি ওহী অবতীর্ণ হয়েছে। অথচ তার প্রতি কোন ওহী আসেনি এবং যে দাবী করে যে, আমিও নাযিল করে দেখাচ্ছি যেমন আল্লাহ নাযিল করেছেন। যদি আপনি দেখেন যখন জালেমরা মৃত্যু যন্ত্রণায় থাকে এবং ফেরেশতারা স্বীয় হস্ত প্রসারিত করে বলে, বের কর স্বীয় আত্মা! অদ্য তোমাদেরকে অবমাননাকর শাস্তি প্রদান করা হবে। কারণ, তোমরা আল্লাহর উপর অসত্য বলতে এবং তাঁর আয়াত সমূহ থেকে অহংকার করতে।

[93] And who can be more unjust than he who invents a lie against Allâh, or says: “A revelation has come to me,” whereas as no revelation has come to him in anything; and who says, “I will reveal the like of what Allâh has revealed.” And if you could but see when the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrong-doers) are in the agonies of death, while the angels are stretching forth their hands (saying): “Deliver your souls! This day you shall be recompensed with the torment of degradation because of what you used to utter against Allâh other than the truth. And you used to reject His Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations etc.) with disrespect!”

[94] وَلَقَد جِئتُمونا فُرٰدىٰ كَما خَلَقنٰكُم أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ وَتَرَكتُم ما خَوَّلنٰكُم وَراءَ ظُهورِكُم ۖ وَما نَرىٰ مَعَكُم شُفَعاءَكُمُ الَّذينَ زَعَمتُم أَنَّهُم فيكُم شُرَكٰؤُا۟ ۚ لَقَد تَقَطَّعَ بَينَكُم وَضَلَّ عَنكُم ما كُنتُم تَزعُمونَ

[94] তোমরা আমার কাছে নিঃসঙ্গ হয়ে এসেছ, আমি প্রথমবার তোমাদেরকে সৃষ্টি করেছিলাম। আমি তোদেরকে যা দিয়েছিলাম, তা পশ্চাতেই রেখে এসেছ। আমি তো তোমাদের সাথে তোমাদের সুপারিশকারীদের কে দেখছি না। যাদের সম্পর্কে তোমাদের দাবী ছিল যে, তারা তোমাদের ব্যাপারে অংশীদার। বাস্তুবিকই তোমাদের পরস্পরের সম্পর্ক ছিন্ন হয়ে গেছে এবং তোমাদের দাবী উধাও হয়ে গেছে।

[94] And truly you have come unto Us alone (without wealth, companions or anything else) as We created you the first time. You have left behind you all that which We had bestowed on you. We see not with you your intercessors whom you claimed to be partners with Allâh. Now all relations between you and them have been cut off, and all that you used to claim has vanished from you.

[95] ۞ إِنَّ اللَّهَ فالِقُ الحَبِّ وَالنَّوىٰ ۖ يُخرِجُ الحَىَّ مِنَ المَيِّتِ وَمُخرِجُ المَيِّتِ مِنَ الحَىِّ ۚ ذٰلِكُمُ اللَّهُ ۖ فَأَنّىٰ تُؤفَكونَ

[95] নিশ্চয় আল্লাহই বীজ ও আঁটি থেকে অঙ্কুর সৃষ্টিকারী; তিনি জীবিতকে মৃত থেকে বের করেন ও মৃতকে জীবিত থেকে বের করেন। তিনি আল্লাহ অতঃপর তোমরা কোথায় বিভ্রান্ত হচ্ছ?

[95] Verily! It is Allâh Who causes the seed-grain and the fruit-stone (like date-stone) to split and sprout. He brings forth the living from the dead, and it is He Who brings forth the dead from the living. Such is Allâh, then how are you deluded away from the truth?

[96] فالِقُ الإِصباحِ وَجَعَلَ الَّيلَ سَكَنًا وَالشَّمسَ وَالقَمَرَ حُسبانًا ۚ ذٰلِكَ تَقديرُ العَزيزِ العَليمِ

[96] তিনি প্রভাত রশ্মির উন্মেষক। তিনি রাত্রিকে আরামদায়ক করেছেন এবং সূর্য ও চন্দ্রকে হিসেবের জন্য রেখেছেন। এটি পরাক্রান্ত, মহাজ্ঞানীর নির্ধারণ।

[96] (He is the) Cleaver of the daybreak. He has appointed the night for resting, and the sun and the moon for reckoning. Such is the measuring of the All¬Mighty, the All¬Knowing

[97] وَهُوَ الَّذى جَعَلَ لَكُمُ النُّجومَ لِتَهتَدوا بِها فى ظُلُمٰتِ البَرِّ وَالبَحرِ ۗ قَد فَصَّلنَا الءايٰتِ لِقَومٍ يَعلَمونَ

[97] তিনিই তোমাদের জন্য নক্ষত্রপুঞ্জ সৃজন করেছেন যাতে তোমরা স্থল ও জলের অন্ধকারে পথ প্রাপ্ত হও। নিশ্চয় যারা জ্ঞানী তাদের জন্যে আমি নির্দেশনাবলী বিস্তারিত বর্ণনা করে দিয়েছি।

[97] It is He Who has set the stars for you, so that you may guide your course with their help through the darkness of the land and the sea. We have (indeed) explained in detail Our Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, Revelations, etc.) for people who know

[98] وَهُوَ الَّذى أَنشَأَكُم مِن نَفسٍ وٰحِدَةٍ فَمُستَقَرٌّ وَمُستَودَعٌ ۗ قَد فَصَّلنَا الءايٰتِ لِقَومٍ يَفقَهونَ

[98] তিনিই তোমাদের কে এক ব্যক্তি থেকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন। অনন্তর একটি হচ্ছে তোমাদের স্থায়ী ঠিকানা ও একটি হচ্ছে গচ্ছিত স্থল। নিশ্চয় আমি প্রমাণাদি বিস্তারিত ভাবে বর্ণনা করে দিয়েছি তাদের জন্যে, যারা চিন্তা করে।

[98] It is He Who has created you from a single person (Adam), and has given you a place of residing (on the earth or in your mother’s wombs) and a place of storage [in the earth (in your graves) or in your father’s loins]. Indeed, We have explained in detail Our revelations (this Qur’ân) for people who understand.

[99] وَهُوَ الَّذى أَنزَلَ مِنَ السَّماءِ ماءً فَأَخرَجنا بِهِ نَباتَ كُلِّ شَيءٍ فَأَخرَجنا مِنهُ خَضِرًا نُخرِجُ مِنهُ حَبًّا مُتَراكِبًا وَمِنَ النَّخلِ مِن طَلعِها قِنوانٌ دانِيَةٌ وَجَنّٰتٍ مِن أَعنابٍ وَالزَّيتونَ وَالرُّمّانَ مُشتَبِهًا وَغَيرَ مُتَشٰبِهٍ ۗ انظُروا إِلىٰ ثَمَرِهِ إِذا أَثمَرَ وَيَنعِهِ ۚ إِنَّ فى ذٰلِكُم لَءايٰتٍ لِقَومٍ يُؤمِنونَ

[99] তিনিই আকাশ থেকে পানি বর্ষণ করেছেন অতঃপর আমি এর দ্বারা সর্বপ্রকার উদ্ভিদ উৎপন্ন করেছি, অতঃপর আমি এ থেকে সবুজ ফসল নির্গত করেছি, যা থেকে যুগ্ম বীজ উৎপন্ন করি। খেজুরের কাঁদি থেকে গুচ্ছ বের করি, যা নুয়ে থাকে এবং আঙ্গুরের বাগান, যয়তুন, আনার পরস্পর সাদৃশ্যযুক্ত এবং সাদৃশ্যহীন। বিভিন্ন গাছের ফলের প্রতি লক্ষ্য কর যখন সেুগুলো ফলন্ত হয় এবং তার পরিপক্কতার প্রতি লক্ষ্য কর। নিশ্চয় এ গুলোতে নিদর্শন রয়েছে ঈমানদারদের জন্যে।

[99] It is He Who sends down water (rain) from the sky, and with it We bring forth vegetation of all kinds, and out of it We bring forth green stalks, from which We bring forth thick clustered grain. And out of the date¬palm and its spathe come forth clusters of dates hanging low and near, and gardens of grapes, olives and pomegranates, each similar (in kind) yet different (in variety and taste). Look at their fruits when they begin to bear, and the ripeness thereof. Verily! In these things there are signs for people who believe.

[100] وَجَعَلوا لِلَّهِ شُرَكاءَ الجِنَّ وَخَلَقَهُم ۖ وَخَرَقوا لَهُ بَنينَ وَبَنٰتٍ بِغَيرِ عِلمٍ ۚ سُبحٰنَهُ وَتَعٰلىٰ عَمّا يَصِفونَ

[100] তারা জিনদেরকে আল্লাহর অংশীদার স্থির করে; অথচ তাদেরকে তিনিই সৃস্টি করেছেন। তারা অজ্ঞতাবশতঃ আল্লাহর জন্যে পুত্র ও কন্যা সাব্যস্ত করে নিয়েছে। তিনি পবিত্র ও সমুন্নত, তাদের বর্ননা থেকে।

[100] Yet, they join the jinn as partners in worship with Allâh, though He has created them (the jinn), and they attribute falsely without knowledge sons and daughters to Him. Be He Glorified and Exalted above all that (evil) they attribute to Him.
