[21] لَقَد كانَ لَكُم فى رَسولِ اللَّهِ أُسوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ لِمَن كانَ يَرجُوا اللَّهَ وَاليَومَ الءاخِرَ وَذَكَرَ اللَّهَ كَثيرًا
[21] যারা আল্লাহ ও শেষ দিবসের আশা রাখে এবং আল্লাহকে অধিক স্মরণ করে, তাদের জন্যে রসূলুল্লাহর মধ্যে উত্তম নমুনা রয়েছে।
[21] Indeed in the Messenger of Allâh (Muhammad SAW) you have a good example to follow for him who hopes for (the Meeting with) Allâh and the Last Day and remembers Allâh much.

[22] وَلَمّا رَءَا المُؤمِنونَ الأَحزابَ قالوا هٰذا ما وَعَدَنَا اللَّهُ وَرَسولُهُ وَصَدَقَ اللَّهُ وَرَسولُهُ ۚ وَما زادَهُم إِلّا إيمٰنًا وَتَسليمًا
[22] যখন মুমিনরা শক্রবাহিনীকে দেখল, তখন বলল, আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূল এরই ওয়াদা আমাদেরকে দিয়েছিলেন এবং আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূল সত্য বলেছেন। এতে তাদের ঈমান ও আত্নসমর্পণই বৃদ্ধি পেল।
[22] And when the believers saw Al¬Ahzâb (the Confederates), they said: “This is what Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad SAW) had promised us, and Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad SAW) had spoken the truth, And it only added to their faith and to their submissiveness (to Allâh).

[23] مِنَ المُؤمِنينَ رِجالٌ صَدَقوا ما عٰهَدُوا اللَّهَ عَلَيهِ ۖ فَمِنهُم مَن قَضىٰ نَحبَهُ وَمِنهُم مَن يَنتَظِرُ ۖ وَما بَدَّلوا تَبديلًا
[23] মুমিনদের মধ্যে কতক আল্লাহর সাথে কৃত ওয়াদা পূর্ণ করেছে। তাদের কেউ কেউ মৃত্যুবরণ করেছে এবং কেউ কেউ প্রতীক্ষা করছে। তারা তাদের সংকল্প মোটেই পরিবর্তন করেনি।
[23] Among the believers are men who have been true to their covenant with Allâh [i.e. they have gone out for Jihâd (holy fighting), and showed not their backs to the disbelievers], of them some have fulfilled their obligations (i.e. have been martyred), and some of them are still waiting, but they have never changed [i.e.they never proved treacherous to their covenant which they concluded with Allâh] in the least

[24] لِيَجزِىَ اللَّهُ الصّٰدِقينَ بِصِدقِهِم وَيُعَذِّبَ المُنٰفِقينَ إِن شاءَ أَو يَتوبَ عَلَيهِم ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كانَ غَفورًا رَحيمًا
[24] এটা এজন্য যাতে আল্লাহ, সত্যবাদীদেরকে তাদের সত্যবাদিতার কারণে প্রতিদান দেন এবং ইচ্ছা করলে মুনাফেকদেরকে শাস্তি দেন অথবা ক্ষমা করেন। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল, পরম দয়ালু।
[24] That Allâh may reward the men of truth for their truth (i.e. for their patience at the accomplishment of that which they covenanted with Allâh), and punish the hypocrites if He wills or accept their repentance by turning to them (in Mercy). Verily, Allâh is Oft¬Forgiving, Most Merciful.

[25] وَرَدَّ اللَّهُ الَّذينَ كَفَروا بِغَيظِهِم لَم يَنالوا خَيرًا ۚ وَكَفَى اللَّهُ المُؤمِنينَ القِتالَ ۚ وَكانَ اللَّهُ قَوِيًّا عَزيزًا
[25] আল্লাহ কাফেরদেরকে ক্রুদ্ধাবস্থায় ফিরিয়ে দিলেন। তারা কোন কল্যাণ পায়নি। যুদ্ধ করার জন্য আল্লাহ মুমিনদের জন্যে যথেষ্ট হয়ে গেছেন। আল্লাহ শক্তিধর, পরাক্রমশালী।
[25] And Allâh drove back those who disbelieved in their rage, they gained no advantage (booty). Allâh sufficed for the believers in the fighting (by sending against the disbelievers a severe wind and troops of angels). And Allâh is Ever All¬Strong, All¬Mighty.

[26] وَأَنزَلَ الَّذينَ ظٰهَروهُم مِن أَهلِ الكِتٰبِ مِن صَياصيهِم وَقَذَفَ فى قُلوبِهِمُ الرُّعبَ فَريقًا تَقتُلونَ وَتَأسِرونَ فَريقًا
[26] কিতাবীদের মধ্যে যারা কাফেরদের পৃষ্টপোষকতা করেছিল, তাদেরকে তিনি তাদের দূর্গ থেকে নামিয়ে দিলেন এবং তাদের অন্তরে ভীতি নিক্ষেপ করলেন। ফলে তোমরা একদলকে হত্যা করছ এবং একদলকে বন্দী করছ।
[26] And those of the people of the Scripture who backed them (the disbelievers) Allâh brought them down from their forts and cast terror into their hearts, (so that) a group (of them) you killed, and a group (of them) you made captives.

[27] وَأَورَثَكُم أَرضَهُم وَدِيٰرَهُم وَأَموٰلَهُم وَأَرضًا لَم تَطَـٔوها ۚ وَكانَ اللَّهُ عَلىٰ كُلِّ شَيءٍ قَديرًا
[27] তিনি তোমাদেরকে তাদের ভূমির, ঘর-বাড়ীর, ধন-সম্পদের এবং এমন এক ভূ-খন্ডের মালিক করে দিয়েছেন, যেখানে তোমরা অভিযান করনি। আল্লাহ সর্ববিষয়োপরি সর্বশক্তিমান।
[27] And He caused you to inherit their lands, and their houses, and their riches, and a land which you had not trodden (before). And Allâh is Able to do all things.

[28] يٰأَيُّهَا النَّبِىُّ قُل لِأَزوٰجِكَ إِن كُنتُنَّ تُرِدنَ الحَيوٰةَ الدُّنيا وَزينَتَها فَتَعالَينَ أُمَتِّعكُنَّ وَأُسَرِّحكُنَّ سَراحًا جَميلًا
[28] হে নবী, আপনার পত্নীগণকে বলুন, তোমরা যদি পার্থিব জীবন ও তার বিলাসিতা কামনা কর, তবে আস, আমি তোমাদের ভোগের ব্যবস্থা করে দেই এবং উত্তম পন্থায় তোমাদের বিদায় নেই।
[28] O Prophet (Muhammad SAW)! Say to your wives: If you desire the life of this world, and its glitter, then come! I will make a provision for you and set you free in a handsome manner (divorce).

[29] وَإِن كُنتُنَّ تُرِدنَ اللَّهَ وَرَسولَهُ وَالدّارَ الءاخِرَةَ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ أَعَدَّ لِلمُحسِنٰتِ مِنكُنَّ أَجرًا عَظيمًا
[29] পক্ষান্তরে যদি তোমরা আল্লাহ, তাঁর রসূল ও পরকাল কামনা কর, তবে তোমাদের সৎকর্মপরায়ণদের জন্য আল্লাহ মহা পুরস্কার প্রস্তুত করে রেখেছেন।
[29] But if you desire Allâh and His Messenger, and the home of the Hereafter, then verily, Allâh has prepared for Al¬Muhsinât (good¬doers) amongst you an enormous reward.

[30] يٰنِساءَ النَّبِىِّ مَن يَأتِ مِنكُنَّ بِفٰحِشَةٍ مُبَيِّنَةٍ يُضٰعَف لَهَا العَذابُ ضِعفَينِ ۚ وَكانَ ذٰلِكَ عَلَى اللَّهِ يَسيرًا
[30] হে নবী পত্নীগণ! তোমাদের মধ্যে কেউ প্রকাশ্য অশ্লীল কাজ করলে তাকে দ্বিগুণ শাস্তি দেয়া হবে। এটা আল্লাহর জন্য সহজ।
[30] O wives of the Prophet! Whoever of you commits an open illegal sexual intercourse, the torment for her will be doubled, and that is ever easy for Allâh.

[31] ۞ وَمَن يَقنُت مِنكُنَّ لِلَّهِ وَرَسولِهِ وَتَعمَل صٰلِحًا نُؤتِها أَجرَها مَرَّتَينِ وَأَعتَدنا لَها رِزقًا كَريمًا
[31] তোমাদের মধ্যে যে কেউ আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূলের অনুগত হবে এবং সৎকর্ম করবে, আমি তাকে দুবার পুরস্কার দেব এবং তার জন্য আমি সম্মান জনক রিযিক প্রস্তুত রেখেছি।
[31] And whosoever of you is obedient to Allâh and His Messenger SAW , and does righteous good deeds, We shall give her, her reward twice over, and We have prepared for her Rizqan Karim (a noble provision -Paradise).

[32] يٰنِساءَ النَّبِىِّ لَستُنَّ كَأَحَدٍ مِنَ النِّساءِ ۚ إِنِ اتَّقَيتُنَّ فَلا تَخضَعنَ بِالقَولِ فَيَطمَعَ الَّذى فى قَلبِهِ مَرَضٌ وَقُلنَ قَولًا مَعروفًا
[32] হে নবী পত্নীগণ! তোমরা অন্য নারীদের মত নও; যদি তোমরা আল্লাহকে ভয় কর, তবে পরপুরুষের সাথে কোমল ও আকর্ষনীয় ভঙ্গিতে কথা বলো না, ফলে সেই ব্যক্তি কুবাসনা করে, যার অন্তরে ব্যাধি রয়েছে তোমরা সঙ্গত কথাবার্তা বলবে।
[32] O wives of the Prophet! You are not like any other women. If you keep your duty (to Allâh), then be not soft in speech, lest he in whose heart is a disease (of hypocrisy, or evil desire for adultery) should be moved with desire, but speak in an honourable manner.

[33] وَقَرنَ فى بُيوتِكُنَّ وَلا تَبَرَّجنَ تَبَرُّجَ الجٰهِلِيَّةِ الأولىٰ ۖ وَأَقِمنَ الصَّلوٰةَ وَءاتينَ الزَّكوٰةَ وَأَطِعنَ اللَّهَ وَرَسولَهُ ۚ إِنَّما يُريدُ اللَّهُ لِيُذهِبَ عَنكُمُ الرِّجسَ أَهلَ البَيتِ وَيُطَهِّرَكُم تَطهيرًا
[33] তোমরা গৃহাভ্যন্তরে অবস্থান করবে-মূর্খতা যুগের অনুরূপ নিজেদেরকে প্রদর্শন করবে না। নামায কায়েম করবে, যাকাত প্রদান করবে এবং আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূলের আনুগত্য করবে। হে নবী পরিবারের সদস্যবর্গ। আল্লাহ কেবল চান তোমাদের থেকে অপবিত্রতা দূর করতে এবং তোমাদেরকে পূর্ণরূপে পূত-পবিত্র রাখতে।
[33] And stay in your houses, and do not display yourselves like that of the times of ignorance, and perform As-Salât (Iqamât¬as¬Salât), and give Zakât and obey Allâh and His Messenger. Allâh wishes only to remove Ar¬Rijs (evil deeds and sins) from you, O members of the family (of the Prophet SAW), and to purify you with a thorough purification.

[34] وَاذكُرنَ ما يُتلىٰ فى بُيوتِكُنَّ مِن ءايٰتِ اللَّهِ وَالحِكمَةِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كانَ لَطيفًا خَبيرًا
[34] আল্লাহর আয়াত ও জ্ঞানগর্ভ কথা, যা তোমাদের গৃহে পঠিত হয় তোমরা সেগুলো স্মরণ করবে। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সূক্ষ্নদর্শী, সর্ববিষয়ে খবর রাখেন।
[34] And remember (O you the members of the Prophet’s family, the Graces of your Lord), that which is recited in your houses of the Verses of Allâh and Al¬Hikmah (i.e. Prophet’s Sunnah – legal ways, so give your thanks to Allâh and glorify His Praises for this Qur’an and the Sunnah). Verily, Allâh is Ever Most Courteous, Well¬Acquainted with all things.

[35] إِنَّ المُسلِمينَ وَالمُسلِمٰتِ وَالمُؤمِنينَ وَالمُؤمِنٰتِ وَالقٰنِتينَ وَالقٰنِتٰتِ وَالصّٰدِقينَ وَالصّٰدِقٰتِ وَالصّٰبِرينَ وَالصّٰبِرٰتِ وَالخٰشِعينَ وَالخٰشِعٰتِ وَالمُتَصَدِّقينَ وَالمُتَصَدِّقٰتِ وَالصّٰئِمينَ وَالصّٰئِمٰتِ وَالحٰفِظينَ فُروجَهُم وَالحٰفِظٰتِ وَالذّٰكِرينَ اللَّهَ كَثيرًا وَالذّٰكِرٰتِ أَعَدَّ اللَّهُ لَهُم مَغفِرَةً وَأَجرًا عَظيمًا
[35] নিশ্চয় মুসলমান পুরুষ, মুসলমান নারী, ঈমানদার পুরুষ, ঈমানদার নারী, অনুগত পুরুষ, অনুগত নারী, সত্যবাদী পুরুষ, সত্যবাদী নারী, ধৈর্য্যশীল পুরুষ, ধৈর্য্যশীল নারী, বিনীত পুরুষ, বিনীত নারী, দানশীল পুরুষ, দানশীল নারী, রোযা পালণকারী পুরুষ, রোযা পালনকারী নারী, যৌনাঙ্গ হেফাযতকারী পুরুষ, , যৌনাঙ্গ হেফাযতকারী নারী, আল্লাহর অধিক যিকরকারী পুরুষ ও যিকরকারী নারী-তাদের জন্য আল্লাহ প্রস্তুত রেখেছেন ক্ষমা ও মহাপুরষ্কার।
[35] Verily, the Muslims (those who submit to Allâh in Islâm) men and women, the believers men and women (who believe in Islâmic Monotheism), the men and the women who are obedient (to Allâh), the men and women who are truthful (in their speech and deeds), the men and the women who are patient (in performing all the duties which Allâh has ordered and in abstaining from all that Allâh has forbidden), the men and the women who are humble (before their Lord Allâh), the men and the women who give Sadaqât (i.e. Zakât, and alms), the men and the women who observe Saum (fast) (the obligatory fasting during the month of Ramadân, and the optional Nawâfil fasting), the men and the women who guard their chastity (from illegal sexual acts) and the men and the women who remember Allâh much with their hearts and tongues. Allâh has prepared for them forgiveness and a great reward (i.e. Paradise).

[36] وَما كانَ لِمُؤمِنٍ وَلا مُؤمِنَةٍ إِذا قَضَى اللَّهُ وَرَسولُهُ أَمرًا أَن يَكونَ لَهُمُ الخِيَرَةُ مِن أَمرِهِم ۗ وَمَن يَعصِ اللَّهَ وَرَسولَهُ فَقَد ضَلَّ ضَلٰلًا مُبينًا
[36] আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূল কোন কাজের আদেশ করলে কোন ঈমানদার পুরুষ ও ঈমানদার নারীর সে বিষয়ে ভিন্ন ক্ষমতা নেই যে, আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূলের আদেশ অমান্য করে সে প্রকাশ্য পথভ্রষ্ট তায় পতিত হয়।
[36] It is not for a believer, man or woman, when Allâh and His Messenger have decreed a matter that they should have any option in their decision. And whoever disobeys Allâh and His Messenger, he has indeed strayed in to a plain error.

[37] وَإِذ تَقولُ لِلَّذى أَنعَمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيهِ وَأَنعَمتَ عَلَيهِ أَمسِك عَلَيكَ زَوجَكَ وَاتَّقِ اللَّهَ وَتُخفى فى نَفسِكَ مَا اللَّهُ مُبديهِ وَتَخشَى النّاسَ وَاللَّهُ أَحَقُّ أَن تَخشىٰهُ ۖ فَلَمّا قَضىٰ زَيدٌ مِنها وَطَرًا زَوَّجنٰكَها لِكَى لا يَكونَ عَلَى المُؤمِنينَ حَرَجٌ فى أَزوٰجِ أَدعِيائِهِم إِذا قَضَوا مِنهُنَّ وَطَرًا ۚ وَكانَ أَمرُ اللَّهِ مَفعولًا
[37] আল্লাহ যাকে অনুগ্রহ করেছেন; আপনিও যাকে অনুগ্রহ করেছেন; তাকে যখন আপনি বলেছিলেন, তোমার স্ত্রীকে তোমার কাছেই থাকতে দাও এবং আল্লাহকে ভয় কর। আপনি অন্তরে এমন বিষয় গোপন করছিলেন, যা আল্লাহ পাক প্রকাশ করে দেবেন আপনি লোকনিন্দার ভয় করেছিলেন অথচ আল্লাহকেই অধিক ভয় করা উচিত। অতঃপর যায়েদ যখন যয়নবের সাথে সম্পর্ক ছিন্ন করল, তখন আমি তাকে আপনার সাথে বিবাহবন্ধনে আবদ্ধ করলাম যাতে মুমিনদের পোষ্যপুত্ররা তাদের স্ত্রীর সাথে সম্পর্ক ছিন্ন করলে সেসব স্ত্রীকে বিবাহ করার ব্যাপারে মুমিনদের কোন অসুবিধা না থাকে। আল্লাহর নির্দেশ কার্যে পরিণত হয়েই থাকে।
[37] And (remember) when you said to him (Zaid bin Hârithah radhiallahu’anhu the freed¬slave of the Prophet SAW) on whom Allâh has bestowed Grace (by guiding him to Islâm) and you (O Muhammad SAW too) have done favour (by manumitting him) “Keep your wife to yourself, and fear Allâh.” But you did hide in yourself (i.e. what Allâh has already made known to you that He will give her to you in marriage) that which Allâh will make manifest, you did fear the people (i.e., their saying that Muhammad SAW married the divorced wife of his manumitted slave) whereas Allâh had a better right that you should fear Him. So when Zaid had accomplished his desire from her (i.e. divorced her), We gave her to you in marriage, so that (in future) there may be no difficulty to the believers in respect of (the marriage of) the wives of their adopted sons when the latter have no desire to keep them (i.e. they have divorced them). And Allâh’s Command must be fulfilled.

[38] ما كانَ عَلَى النَّبِىِّ مِن حَرَجٍ فيما فَرَضَ اللَّهُ لَهُ ۖ سُنَّةَ اللَّهِ فِى الَّذينَ خَلَوا مِن قَبلُ ۚ وَكانَ أَمرُ اللَّهِ قَدَرًا مَقدورًا
[38] আল্লাহ নবীর জন্যে যা নির্ধারণ করেন, তাতে তাঁর কোন বাধা নেই পূর্ববর্তী নবীগণের ক্ষেত্রে এটাই ছিল আল্লাহর চিরাচরিত বিধান। আল্লাহর আদেশ নির্ধারিত, অবধারিত।
[38] There is no blame on the Prophet (SAW) in that which Allâh has made legal for him.That has been Allâh’s Way with those who have passed away of (the Prophets of) old. And the Command of Allâh is a decree determined.

[39] الَّذينَ يُبَلِّغونَ رِسٰلٰتِ اللَّهِ وَيَخشَونَهُ وَلا يَخشَونَ أَحَدًا إِلَّا اللَّهَ ۗ وَكَفىٰ بِاللَّهِ حَسيبًا
[39] সেই নবীগণ আল্লাহর পয়গাম প্রচার করতেন ও তাঁকে ভয় করতেন। তারা আল্লাহ ব্যতীত অন্যকাউকে ভয় করতেন না। হিসাব গ্রহণের জন্যে আল্লাহ যথেষ্ঠ।
[39] Those who convey the Message of Allâh and fear Him, and fear none save Allâh. And Sufficient is Allâh as a Reckoner.

[40] ما كانَ مُحَمَّدٌ أَبا أَحَدٍ مِن رِجالِكُم وَلٰكِن رَسولَ اللَّهِ وَخاتَمَ النَّبِيّۦنَ ۗ وَكانَ اللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيءٍ عَليمًا
[40] মুহাম্মদ তোমাদের কোন ব্যক্তির পিতা নন; বরং তিনি আল্লাহর রাসূল এবং শেষ নবী। আল্লাহ সব বিষয়ে জ্ঞাত।
[40] Muhammad (SAW) is not the father of any of your men, but he is the Messenger of Allâh and the last (end) of the Prophets. And Allâh is Ever All¬Aware of everything.
